The upper floor height is about 165 cm, the bathrooms are dirty, no space to put the clothes. The kitchen is for max. 4-6 peoples, only 4 plates, only eggs, bread, strawberry jam and cornflakes.

The bus stop was in 2 minutes of walk. 8-10 minutes from metro 2. Lots of café and restaurants in the neighbourhood. 40mins to 1.5hrs every important sigthseeing with public transportation

I had a room right next to the entrance door so I could hear every person coming in and out of the property. It was also up stairs with a heavy suitcase. Bathroom was very dated and could do with being replaced.

Location was great and very easy to find. Easy self check in and room was cosy.

The washing machine & water dispenser are both located in another side of the building. So if you want to wash clothes, you might need 2 minutes to walk over. The stairs are quite steep. Booked a family suit , the first floor is good but the rooftop for the second floor is lower than you expected. You might have difficulty to stand straight if you are above 163cm especially in the washroom. So not a very good experience for the rooftop room.

Definitely love the location which is located in the middle of Hongdae, 2 minutes walk to bus stop , approximately 10 minutes to Hongik University subway station. Approximately 20 minutes walk to Airport metro line. Near CU , 7-11 and Mega coffee which is just right opposite the main road. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. They offered luggage storage space so you no need to spend extra for luggage locker in any of the subway station.

Rooms are very small, bathroom gets totally wet when showering. Ventilation in room is poor. Breakfast not included or at least never received information on where to go to prepare the breakfast. Pictures on site look a lot nicer than in reality.

The location is very near the busy Hongdae so you are spoilt with the choice of restaurants /foods. The breakfast though simple help us to save quite a bit of money

Rooms for 3 is just ok but if you are with luggage is a bit tinny ( just like typical Japanese room)

The rooms could be cleaner. Also, the kitchen is in a totally different building and since we came late at night, we had to wait till morning to go to the administration office and ask for directions because there was no info written anywhere on how to find it. I would suggest to include the directions to the kitchen in the message with the info about check in.

The host was very helpful and walked us to the kitchen, allowed us to store our luggages after check out and also let us borrow umbrellas for the rainy day. We arrived late in the evening so clear instructions were sent via booking message on how to find the guest house (including the passcode for self check in). The location is close to the most popular streets in Hongdae as well as to the subway station. The breakfast (i.e. products in the kitchen that you can use: milk + cereal, toast, eggs, instant coffee and tea) is a nice addition.

The room size is pretty small, so for four people with luggage it's nearly impossible to move around the rooms but the price is good for the room size. Just don't expect a lot of space.

The location is perfect and the rooms are clean and nice. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.
