Plastic sheet under the bedlinnen

The location is good and the actual room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable too.

Had laundry and a stove

The air conditioning was broken and it was really hard to find reception

Great for a longer stay, basically you get a full studio with kitchen etc.

Room etc only cleaned every 7th day, towels far too small.

Looks very clean and new, very comfortable, really good location with everything you need in the building itself.

- - - extremely warm room temp, AirCon does not cool (couldn't get below 23) - - - plastic protection cover on matress, uncomfortable and sweat-inducing - - very warm duvet -> difficult to sleep due to everything contributing to heat - - smelly towels in bathroom (probably poorly stored) - staff friendly, but does not speak English well - no cleaning during stay (it's a long-term stay, not a hotel)

Was a pleasant stay with friendly and quickly responding staff. Facility itself is clean - but the toilet had bit of foul smell coming through the whole time. Otherwise handy location with plenty of good food in the complex.

You have to take into consideration that the one-way journey to the center of Seoul would take 2 hours.

This is a reasonable price for the location and the type of property. However, to check out late they charged me 10,000KRW per hour which I thought was a bit steep. The room reservation itself only cost 65,000 KRW, but I ended up paying nearly 50% of that price to have a late checkout at 2 pm (3 hours at 10,000 KRW per hour). In a regular hotel (i.e., not an officetel like this one) you don't have to pay extra for a late checkout. And if you do, it's certainly NOT almost 50% of the cost of the room.

The elevators are terrible. There are 8 of them but some of them never move. And the rest of them move slowly. Each time I waited for the elevator, it took at least 4 minutes to get one. And once I waited more than 8 minutes for an elevator. I don't know if it was just a bad elevator period for the 24 hours I was there. But it was really annoying as I was late to an appointment due to waiting so long for an elevator.
