The room cleaning was not very standard (obviously without a checklist) so we needed to request utilities at last. Also note that there are barely any meal options in walking distance, you would need to drive around to get food.

The sea view is spectacular for sure, and the high ceiling of the room is great. The room is spacious and we liked the bed very much. The staff are helpful.

The location is superb! You can take a walk by the sea and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The room was spacious and clean, with a direct view of the sea. The hot tub was nicely placed near the window, so we could soak and enjoy the sea view.

Bus commute with less walk is a pain. Better get a taxi from airport than do bus transpo to avoid long walk and waiting time. No computer table so had to crouch. No breakfast option

The room is quite big and the amenities inside the room is good compared to other hotel we stayed in Korea. The customer service is really good, attending to our needs especially local places to eat and happy to help us with the hotel address in hangul to show to taxi drivers.

Bathroom door was sliding door and it didn't work very well. You need strength to open and close the door also it hardly locked.

I liked view and location the most. Ociean view was great.

Room was generous sized with bedroom, spa tub, living area, kitchenette and separate toilet and shower. Kitchenette has mini fridge and microwave oven with no cooking equipment/utensils. There are 3 eateries (Korean, Western and Thai) located 2 min walk from hotel. Bus 795 ply the area but is infrequent. Bus 201 is about 20 mins walk (walk past some pensions and industrial area). I preferred to take Bus 201 to Gonae Port and take a pleasant 15-20 min walk back to Rich Hotel. Good base to cover Aewol and Olle 15B and 16.

Our initial booked room was also clean and spacious, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The staff were attentive and immediately changed our room, including an upgrade to the suite rooms!

They say that the reason that they are not serving breakfast if covid. Personally, I think they are using covid to suspend a low profit part of their business. In a place such as Aewol, having breakfast available at the hotel is convenient.

There are only a few options for restaurants around the hotel. The closest beach is a 10minute drive. The breakfast kitchen was closed for service.

The room (301) was large and very comfortable. The ocean view was good. You can hear the wav s breaking if you keep tge doors open. The jacuzzi was amazing. Pleasant walks along the ocean shore

One bath tub towel wasn't enough for 2 paxs stay. The disposal towels doesn't work for drying after bath.

The Jacuzzi hot tub is very nice. Especially in winter for warming up your body after a long day out in the cold. The layout of the room is excellent as well. The sea view is great. The location is excellent for a getaway. Starbucks and resturants are within walking distance.

LOVED IT. This was the highlight of our stay in Korea, the rooms are beautiful, the view is everything and loved every minute of it. we had a car which I recommend in Jeju as it makes life easy and this was not a long drive from or to the airport.

Just a minor issue that could happen for any hotel. As there were really strong wind during one of the evening, we can hear the wind blowing against something (like a panel or something) outside our hotel.
