We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe 2 bedrooms we had were very old and dirty (damaged furnitures, marks on the walls and desk, broken tiles), the hotel needs a serious refresh. Definitely not as per the pictures! Moist in the bathroom, nothing to hang the towels to dry, tiny towels. We found the beds really hard.
Location is great! All amenities available. Receptionists are nice, welcoming and supportive. We had a room with the exit light on the whole night. The day after we asked the receptionist to have it switched off and he directly offered to change room. Price/value is good although the pictures on booking are misleading

TaiwanThere is no place to hang clothes in the room (especially in the toilet), the lighting is dim, the double room we stayed in this time seemed small after opening two 29-inch suitcases, and the refrigerator was very small!
This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Nampo Station (needs to climb a hill). There is a 24-hour convenience store and money exchange nearby.

The bedroom was slightly smaller than expected but still acceptable. Bathroom was really spacious though! Didn't expect to see a big bathtub apart from the shower.
