There wasnt enough Universal adapter for charging the Mobiles, Labptos. also there the water supply wasnt regular and also not everyday of room cleaning.

Staff was exceptional at English so it's extremely easy for foreigners to check in and ask about directions.

The shower is attached to the sink and you shower using a handheld piece hoping to not get the toilet paper wet. Also a fire alarm went off in the early morning that was a false alarm (no fire), but good to know they work :)

The bathroom/toilet situation was a bit awkward. The room was also smaller than expected but that was on me for not checking the details properly.

The location was convenient, the staff were nice and the room was clean.

Obviously the room was small but nothing different from what they advertised so we knew what to expect. The neighbourhood was a little loud at times at night as well as the AC.

Location was awesome, no need for public transport as major attractions are all close by.

1st. The Landry i gave white and returned after wash all pink and they blame me for that not even said sorry because they mix it with other guests clothes. 2nd. Once I had checked in I asked for to extend my stay in there hotel and they said yes. Then suddenly they said unfortunately we don't have your request so they charged for one night double my stay. 🥴 Very disappointed

The location is awesome near to insadong and city hall and plenty of restaurants.

Room congested No regular cleaning (once a week, even that on request) Hotel Emergency alarm went off twice in 4 days (faulty alarm both times) and everybody had to evacuate both times very early in the morning. No one from reception there to attend.

Really small room, extremely late check in at 4 p.m. and early check out at 11 am.

Excellent location, kind stuff, exceptional the reception man during weekdays. I would ask him a question and he would research give me details everything with great kindness! Everything was nearby, cafes, 7-11, food, metro station, bus station, palaces and museum.

The room was tiny, stuffy and it was hard to get comfortable. No window in the room and sadly the shower is set up in a way that floods the main "living" area if youre not careful. Its reasonable for the price paid I guess, but the photos make it look better than it is sadly. We left after the first night instead of staying for the rest of the days we booked

This is a really nice hotel in a great location. It was easy to get to from Seoul Station and public transport stops are a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, so it's an easy walk, even with luggage. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Great value for money.

The room are very small but this is expected for the price comparison in Seoul!! The bathroom dose get wet but same as all the other bathroom designs in Korea.

They have a shared area downstairs where u can have free nesspressso as many as you like and other coffee and tea! No charge which is perfect if on a budget. They also have laundry you can ask to wash this costs but is very cheap. The bed is super comfy and rooms warm If your a traveller nice place to stay or on a budget. staff are lovely

The common area and deco was not very comfortable and feels a bit eerie especially at night.

Love the location. And easy transportation. Checking in was super fast. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bedsheets were top quality and fresh. The shower pressure was good. Free coffee was a plus
