Not that closer to Myeongdong as I’ve expected it to be, no complimentary bathroom kit and they literally charge you for that which I’ve never seen anything like it in Seoul other than here.

Clean, newly built, next to 7eleven and attentive staff. The check-in and out process were smooth. They stored my luggage.

Hard to think of any!

I asked some questions about the booking anf check-in time before the stay, and the response were prompt. Supportive staff available 24h, with good language skills and good location near the station and airport limousine stop. Shower's water pressure and temperature were decent. Grateful for triple room with 3 separate beds availability.

Location: Very convenient, 5 mins to tube entrance, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room: The room and the bathroom are spacious enough. Lighting is okay, and the air conditioning is cool and comfortable. The beds are sizable and comfortable, especially the pillows. Breakfast: I booked a breakfast on-site as there is a special price promotion. The breakfast room is in the basement. The environment is okay, but the food variety and quality are very basic. Considering the price, it is still a fair deal.

Small things : the Room was a bit dark so it Would need a bit more light, especially in the bathroom maybe a small mirror with light for makeup. Also the breakfast prepared food is good, but it’s not hot, because they leave the serving spoons inside so it keeps the lid open. By the time you get to your table it’s already cold. This issue would be easy to fix simply by putting a plate in front to put the serving spoons.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The room was well equipped and very quiet. The front desk staff spoke English and they were nice. The location was great.

Really good location close to the main street of Myengdong, and less than 10 minuta away from 6701 bus that leads straight to and from the airport.

The property was very clean and the staff were very kinda and helpful. They provided umbrellas when we needed them during rain and outlets for our phone chargers since we needed converters. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the city hall station and 5 minute walk to the shopping by district area.

The room was small, but it’s a standart in Seoul.

The location is brilliant, close to all the main city attractions. Close to the shopping streets and night market. Nearby to the metro station.

Centrally located to shopping district and plenty of restaurants! There’s also an attached coffee shop. Staff kept the rooms clean every day and replenished our bottles water supply. The room is small, as long as you’re ok with that. We had no issues. Check in was easy and the staff is friendly. It’s pretty much do everything else on your own after. There’s a scale in the lobby to weigh bags, which was super helpful!

The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but it was generally tasty. The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was still comfortable enough for a short stay. The price is slightly above average, but reasonable considering the location and service quality.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I’m very satisfied with everything. The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from the metro and close to major tourist attractions, which makes it a perfect choice for a city visit. The rooms are very comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the cleanliness – housekeeping is done regularly and everything is always tidy. The hotel leaves a great overall impression: a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location. I’ll gladly come back again!

Nothing really but I think it definitely would be nice to have basic amenities, like toothbrush, tea, etc in the rooms, but it’s no big deal.

This was my second time booking this hotel and have enjoyed my stay every time. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants, public transport, as well as Myeongdong nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Will not be hesitating to book it again in the future

Excellent location. Walking distance from subway station which links with the whole city. Very regular housekeeping. Quiet and peaceful despite being in a vibrant area. Fitness centre and laundry facilities were an added bonus. Our travel adaptor plug didnt work so was delighted to find a USB was already provided in the room for charging.

Still my favorite hotel in Seoul. Location is great (close Metro 1,2,4), also Myeongdong is 10 mins walk. Staff is really friendly and great. We had a tiny problem with the sink in the bathroom and after 5 mins it was fixed. We spent 7 days in Japan and as our reservation was in the Thomas after our return we could left our luggages there without any additional cost.
