Confortable, well equipped appartement. The complementary Nespresso cups and machine are a very nice touch. Good coffee can be hard to find in Seoul. There is also a large assortment of condiments and a complete kitchen. The market (which you might recognise from the series Squid Games) is around the corner. Homecooking made easy. The neighbourhood is nice in a suburban yet traditional Korean kind of way. The metro is close, so it is well connected to the city.

I never stayed at a place so clean as this. It's a very nice place at a good location. Everything I needed was on walking distance and with the Subway I went easily to the center of the Seoul.

No complaints on property. Walk from Solbat Park subway station is about 8 - 10 minutes but up a steep hill. We would just catch a taxi from the station at a cost of 5,000 Won.

Property is very typical middle-class Seoul "Villa" style apartment. Condition of property was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Our mattresses were replaced during our stay with new ones. Washer/Dryer was a bonus!

There is only AC in the living room.

You can get there by metro, it's on the 5th floor and there is a lift. There are convenience stores, a supermarket, many restaurants, and a traditional market nearby. It provides a tumble drier. The guest is very kind, we had a small problem and he was very kind to help us solve it.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped and it had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location for accessing the Bukhansen National Park.

It so far from tourist spots like Myeongdong, Itaewon ,Hongdae and Gangnam but that wasn't really an issue for me as I prefer home vibe so it is totally not a problem for me. Like I said, it is easily connected with a public transport. I even go to Suwon from the accommodation. There are small things, I wish the host will provide SO for next time I come it will COMPLETELY PERFECT. There was no iron which would have been useful. MALAYSIAN likes Handheld Bidet, Hopefully you can install it, even thought it already have attachment bidet system. HEHEHE.

The host are amazing and very helpful. He has thought of everything to make the stay easier. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP. Not only for the hospitality, but the apartment was so good. The accommodation is spacious for me and my cousin. We so impressed with the accommodation. We had everything we needed and it was really well furnished. All the details and pictures were right. Even it is winter season, the apartment so warm , the bathroom has really good hot water pressure. It's very quiet at night. I enjoyed the peace and quietness of the neighborhood as well. WIFI is speedy and reliable. The public transport links (subway station, regular bus and taxi) are great. I LOVE THE VIEW. For who from an equatorial state with hot, humid and rainy weather all year round. I VERY LOVE THE VIEW. The day I stayed was snowed, which turned out to be a wonderful view the next day. I would definitely stay again. Maybe to enjoy the trekking routes instead to go to center?

It wasn't much of a problem for us but just something to be wary of if you plan to spend most of your time in the city it can take at the very least an hour to travel by metro and bus so just keep that in mind. Still, the experience we had was worth the time.

The location was wonderful for a nice peaceful stay in a quiet area. Close to a great street for food, shopping, bus stops, and the metro. Had amazing views of the mountains, especially the view from the roof, and is close by to some great parks and nature areas for exploring, we really enjoyed the area around the river that is very relaxing to take a nice walk on. Also If you're looking at the pictures on Google maps, they are a bit outdated and don't do the area justice for how it looks now, we were very surprised to see how much better it looked than Google had showed. The house itself is very clean and was a nice, cozy space for me and my partner. Equipped with lots of utilities for both entertainment and everyday usage like a microwave, stove top, water boiling pot, and garbage disposal for getting rid of food waste. The bed is very comfortable and a good size for a couple to sleep on. The couch near the laundry room can fold out and is comfortable to sleep on as well, It's a lot more firm than the bed if you prefer that for sleeping. The bathroom has really good water pressure for showers, and the water can get pretty hot for those like my partner who enjoy hot showers. The toilet is equipped with an awesome bidet system that was very much needed for me, who has grown used to using bidets. There were problems that my partner and I faced with flights and arrival times we had a situation with arriving earlier than check-in time, but the owner was very patient, understanding, and helpful with our situation, which is very much appreciated. Still, for those traveling, I'd encourage those to try and plan arrival around the 3pm check-in time. All in all, this is such an amazing place to stay at for the nice peaceful atmosphere, close shops, stunning views, comfortable living space, and very friendly owner. Will definitely return again for the amazing experience!

I must mention that if you are someone who is used to using a bidet, the toilet doesn't provide one. The location of the accommodation is perfect for those interested in nature and hiking as there are plenty of great outdoor activities in the area. However, if you are looking to hit the nightclub scene in Itaewon or Hongdae, this place may not be the best fit as it is quite far from those areas and takes more than an hour to travel there.

I recently stayed at this accommodation and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The first thing that caught my attention was how exceptionally clean the entire space was. It was clear that the host take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, which put me at ease. Furthermore, the room was equipped with all the necessary tools and devices that made my stay very comfortable. The host was also very supportive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out, as well as how to use all the equipment in the room. This made my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I also appreciated that every home appliance was in good condition and functioned well throughout my stay.

It’s too far from everything 1h10 in Uber , at least 1h30 in public transportation from Incheon Airport 1h far from everything you can visit in Seoul. The location is far from everything The host that when I asked him for one more bed sheet for my mum refused to give it to us.
