We were satisfied with almost everything just that we did have to figure out a lot of stuff like the aircon controls where the iron was and how to turn on the cooking stove.. It would be nice to have it on the stay guide which they had in the room - besides that it was really a pleasant stay

First time here and we loved it already.. the instructions were so clear for check in and the host was very responsive to all our questions.. the room is a good size considering it was at a very central location - its in between 2 stations with 3 lines so getting anywhere was easy.. a G25 at the lobby and there are eateries nearby - very good location as a base for Seoul

There is nothing which was not to like. The garbage segregation was strict which was good. However, if possible, the accommodation can already provide the required color coding plastic bags since we had a hard time looking for them

The unit was beautiful, seems newly renovated and has the needed amemities, including kitchen and laundry. The building was near Chingmuro station which was convenient. This station also had elevators and escalators so not a problem with luggages. It was also good that there was a room to store luggages in case of late check-in or early checkout while flight departure is at a later time.

The facilities need to be renovated. The shower had some issues with water (it was too hot). There was a bit of confusion with check in process as they have automated responses and ask you to share some info by email but actually you don’t have to do it as Booking works the same way. The apartment is Overpriced.

The location is good for exploring old Seoul by walking.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent — perfect for a longer stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the city. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of two subway stations, which made getting around very easy. Highly recommended for travelers planning to stay in Seoul for more than just a few days.

The bathroom sink was clogged and it filled up fast everytime I used it. I ended up using the kitchen sink instead. So I am only giving it a score of 2 because of this.

The place is more of an apartment than a hotel. It is fully furnished & the full-size fridge is a plus! Euljiro 3 is a 5 min walk and Chungmu-ro station is an 8 min walk. Still in Myeongdong area and about 15 min walk to the main Myeongdong shopping Street. There's a convenient store on the first floor, coffee places down the street.

You have to pay for cleaning service if requested during your stay. The washing machine was not combo style, so you have to hang wet clothes on the clothes rack or in the bathroom. The clothes took forever to dry. There are only 3 dryers in the basement which of course you have to pay for which we're always being used even at midnight.

I primarily like the location and the convenience of not having to go thru a front desk. A factor that made me decide to stay here was the washing machine.

The lack of nice view as my room was on the third floor. There was no sign outside that says “Urban Stay”. I had to go to the opposite hotel to ask for directions.

The photo on the ad was not the same type of room we stayed in. Handling of the garbage disposal was managable but a little inconvenient.

Easy check-in for us. It was wonderful having free pick-up from the airport. The driver was patient and respectful. The facility was adequate with the washing machine in our room. The shower stall was good. The bed is comfortable and sheets are clean and fresh. The location is near the subway stations with the convenient stores within reach.

No cleaning service which is fine but when I requested for a broom so I could sweep the floor since after 3 days it was quite gross, they didn’t want to provide it. If you aren’t going to clean the room every few days, at least provide a way for us to clean ourselves. Bed was okay, pillow a bit too flat. Shower water pressure is very weak and nothing they can do about it. The desk service wasn’t very responsive. Once, the fire alarm rang at around 9-10pm and I asked if it was safe to go up, they replied the next morning, by then the information was useless.

Location was decent and away from the crowded myeong dong street yet still near 2 train stations. There’s a washing machine in the room which really helped with our laundry situation while travelling. Room is large enough to put our things and move relatively comfortably.

You can get probably the same thing for cheaper by just renting someone’s apartment on air bnb. By booking with booking.com and paying a little extra you assume that there will be hotel like facilities but you have to buy bin bags, extra toilet paper etc. Also none of my check in instructions that were sent by email were able to be accessed. I think the chat bot is AI as when I messaged they didn’t even know what room I was so I just gave up. I was able to get in easily with the door code but through out my stay wasn’t sure how to work things like the heating etc.

Great view from the “city view” room. Close to two subway stations and a short walk to where the airport bus drops and picks you up.

It didn’t have the toiletries like lotion, shower cap, etc. it just had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You have to take out the trash yourself and sort it.

Very comfortable. I liked having a kitchenette and a washer.
