AustraliaThe room was spacious and clean. Could also see Seoul Tower from our window which was amazing. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Check in was super quick even though they were very busy when we arrived. The housekeeping staff were amazing and would always ask if we wanted our room to be cleaned if they saw us in the hallway (we had the DND turned on most of the stay). Free water and mini bar was provided in the room. We booked to have lounge access for our stay. Luckily our room was on the 18th floor which was the same floor as the lounge. The staff in the lounge were super friendly and attentive. The happy hour drinks and food was great. While not in Myeongdong, the hotel is a walkable distance or one stop on the subway to Myeongdong. Hotel is also right across from the Namdaemun market. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Seoul again.

FranceThe hotel is very well located: the metro station is just downstairs, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was generous and varied, served in a pleasant setting. What we especially appreciated was being in a calm and enjoyable environment. We had requested a room facing the courtyard, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room had two separate, very comfortable beds with high-quality bedding. It was spacious enough for two people with their luggage. The staff were friendly and very responsive throughout our stay.

JapanThey don't have a laundry facility. They told me that they have some services to deal with the laundry, but I wonder if it works as quickly as doing it myself.
In addition to its great location between Seoul and Myeongdong stations, the hotel is exceptional because the buses stop in front of the door, which is a minute walk from the subway entrance. For breakfast, the buffe restaurant had enough choices, and there is a Burger King in the hotel. The hotel arranged the two rooms that we reserved so that they are as close as possible. I really appreciate that they made an effort to deal with my stuff that I mistakenly left at the hotel.

Modern and well appointed hotel. Everything is high quality and our room included a complimentary mini bar. Lovely views over the city and location was an easy 15 minute walk from Seoul Station (highly recommended taking the elevated Seoullo walk way). In the lobby there is a great cafe and 24/7 convenience store. Very close to a metro station.
