We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

VietnamI had a hard time to look for the room at first. I was hesitant because the room is located at the next building of YOLO house but then there's a note on the door saying it's not YOLO so no knocking or whatsoever. I was pacing up and down, in and out. So when I checked message again then I saw the picture, it's that building next to YOLO house..
I like the room itself. It's big for 1 person. There's a fridge too. The room has extra blankets and the place is clean. You need to walk for few minutes from the Unseo Station to the YOLO house.

Check-in was easy. All done over booking.com. They give you a password that you can use to open your doors. Makes it easy to check in at odd hours. Plenty of shops nearby. Free parking and easy access to train stop. Seriously, just a few hundred feet away.

BrazilIt took a while after getting there to get the pin with the room password so i had to wait outside. Besides that it was all great.
It’s a really nice room for the price. You get your own fridge and bathroom and the bed is comfy. There’s restaurants and convenience shops close by and it’s very convenient to get to the airport by bus or car. I booked it last minute due to a problem with my flight and it was great.

AustraliaClean and good one bedroom with private shower for the price. Location is a little isolated. Seems to be a new area so may build up with time. No complaints but I think I would prefer a Seoul location. Not for foreign travellers also, there is no reception or staff on sites. It's still very easy to access but a little different for what you may be used to.

MalaysiaI need to check out early since I have early morning fight but before that I already ask owner about taxi in early morning either easy to get or not but owner suggest to book in advance. Unfortunately, I not able to to book taxi in advance through app since it keep reject my card. So I ask owner if she/he can help me or not but never got reply. I using email,whatsapp and booking app until now no reply. So I decided to check out before midnight since still got taxi at that time.
The room is fine. Just nice to stay. Check in process also easy. I only stay for 7 hr only.

Belgium* It's unnecessary and especially unsafe to hang out the individual door codes on a board at the entrance, visible to everyone! The individual door code and other instructions were clearly sent via Booking so there was no reason to hang out the code. * except for some cafes, restaurants and convenience stores, nothing to see or do in the neighbourhood ( - no issue for me though, because I just wanted to stay close to the airport and take a rest) * the (very small) towels smelled a bit musty, even though you could tell they had been washed

South KoreaNot a big problem but the plug socket was just a little bit further from the bed than I would've liked. Wouldn't stop me from staying there again though.
Very good value, 8 mins walk from Unseo Station (which is 2 stops from Terminal 1 so maybe ~20-25 mins and very very easy to get to and from the airport with no need for a taxi except after midnight). The room was warm--it was -15° the night I stayed and I didn't feel it at all. Clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The check-in was online and automated and therefore very easy.

PortugalThe bathroom wasn't very clean, with marks of toothpaste and mould on the sink. Walls are thin so expect to hear some noise at most times.
Location near the airport, relatively close to station but still prepare for a 10 min walk. Room is spacious and private. Kitchen has basic utensils for a couple of nights. Good option for a night before heading or coming back from the airport.
