Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe hotel is located inside of private area, so you'll need to call the hotel at the gate everytime you want to enter back. If it's your first time trying to find the hotel, it may be difficult, as they don't have any signs near the gate you're supposed to enter. Also, we had some issues with our shower. It worked fine, but the temperature of the water was VERY sensitive. It takes a long time to find the right spot, as being even one millimeter off means you're gonna get scorched or frozen until you can find it again. The internet works great, when it works. A few times, it would go out for 30 minutes or so at a time. The bed was comfortable but creaky, it made a lot of noise when we would turn around during our sleep, it would wake us both back up. The only other thing is that sometimes some workers would come to our balcony. We couldn't go to our own balcony, but other people could, and they come without warning and can see right into your room. This even happened twice to us late at night.
Very good location, right next to Dostyk Plaza and a lot of good restaurants and cafes. Great internet speed and unlimited free water. The hotel doesn't offer any free breakfast, which might turn some people away, but they do have a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, so you can always bring back your own food from the store (which is also conveniently located right next to the hotel) and keep it in the refrigerator. The whole hotel shares one large refrigerator however, so no promises there will be enough space for you or someone else won't eat your food. This didn't happen to us though :) The price of the rooms was also very nice.
