Everything was great.Visiting with the Wales supporters for the Kazakhstan v Wales football match. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff and management. Spacious room with en-suite bathroom 24 hour shop for late drinks and food-hotel cooked a lovely burger and chips for me even though it was 3 a.m.!!FANTASTIC!!.Arranged a shuttle for us to and from the airport. Very central to the city centre Couldn't ask for better -even gave us free breakfast in the price even though we hadn't ordered it when booking -a lovely gesture.Highly recommend. Rahmet Kazakhstan and the wonderful Hilton Garden Inn hotel.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Astana and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. What made my stay extra special was finding a little note in my room written in Georgian – such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made me feel at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Astana!

The air conditioning was not reliable or working in some rooms.

Comfortable beds, quiet, and great staff well located to shops. Good on-site restaurant and room service. Very helpful in a transitional time to Kazakhstan.

AC in the room was a bit loud but there is no really need for AC in Astana, what is great about this hotel is openable windows!

Poor breakfast, bathroom utilities / hygiene accessories are poor quality. Staff at the breakfast are weak trained.

Excellent reception staff and customer service! Special thanks to staff on the reception desk Mussa, Daryn, Altynai. They upgraded my room and gave free complimentary breakfast to my family! Thanks indeed!

Excellent rooms, very clean everywhere, our rooms were cleaned by Aigul, thanks very much for her professionalism. The rooms have everything you need: shower accessories and disposable razors, hair dryer, iron. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, the waiters Nurmukan and Zhangulim cleared empty and dirty plates immediately from the table, constantly replenishing the food supplies on the buffet! All the staff is very polite! All the attractions are close to the hotel - it is very convenient. We liked everything so much, now we will stay only in this hotel!

It was not the first time I visited this hotel. It has a very good location in the city center, very good staff, nice breakfast, nice cafe on ground floor with very comfortable space, where you can have business meetings.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were newly refurbished and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered large selection of international and local cuisine. Great location close to major attractions.
