The breakfast is a bit eh.. It's not really varied, and it's also a bit weird, cause the two main trays are more like lunch options than breakfast? Only two types of (similar) salami as options for cold cuts, food in general not seasoned well enough.

Pretty much everything was great. Nice spacious rooms, good WIFI, comfy bed, hot water and good water pressure, everything was clean. The only thing, the whole place was on the old/a bit rundown side, but that wasn't a problem for me.

It would have been more convenient if the room had a refrigerator to store food. Additionally, the bar selection could be improved to better reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel. Wi-fi worked with interruptions on the 22nd floor.

Restaurant staff doesn’t know basic English. Even they weren’t able to understand a simple English word like “Egg.” We are vegetarian and wanted to confirm that we don’t fill our plates with any non-vegetarian thing. We had a tough time in communicating with Restaurant staff.

The noise of running and jumping from the floor above was very bad at times.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room rates are a great value.

The bathtub wasn’t well cleaned when I checked in, at one point the tap water was turbid for a few minutes, there was no master switch for the lights near the bed.

Fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 40 Mbps, good view from the rooms, located close to ATMs and eateries, cordial staff some of whom speak English, delicious breakfast with good spread and healthy options. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Bonus points for the provision of a bathtub. Wheelchair accessible property.

Rooms could do with some modernisation. Also, our room looked like it had been set up for one person. Only one robe and pair of slippers. Only one large towel. Only one mug for coffee. Bit strange but we mentioned it to reception staff and it was rectified straight away.

We only stayed here for one night. The hotel has a very grand entrance but our room was a little dated. However, the staff were very polite, spoke good English, and were very helpful, printing off some documents for us. Breakfast was very good. There was an excellent selection and plenty space in the dining room. Overall, not expensive, good location and decent hotel for a short stay.

There is no ashtray at smoking room, at the bathroom there is need for mop after shower and it is hard to arrange perfect temperature, water is running hot.

Not very close to city center but everything is around like (supermarket, banks and so ) if you need anything. Inside restaurant serves perfect options for breakfast and dinner, rooms are well equipped for comfortable stay. And staff are helpful.
