Nothing went wrong during this stay for us. Only thing we were disappointed with is that we had an early flight back home and couldn't get a breakfast to go because we warned them too late the night before.

Best breakfast in all of our 3-week trip in Kazakhstan. Beds are super comfy, rooms very tidy and clean. You can rent the SPA by the hour for a very fair price.

However.. there was an obvious problem with cleaning.. the sheets were not clean once we checked in.. the floors are always dirty and dusty, cant walk barefoot in the room or your feet turn black.. the staff dont vacum the floors.. the shower had a bad smell sometimes.. and the toilet seat wasn't cleaned well once we checked in..

Good value for money. Great location and proximity to the busy streets.. helpful staff.. good breakfast with adequate selection.. comfortable stay.. almost everything was perfect.

You may choose rooms that do not include breakfast. We only had breakfast here because it was already included in our booking, and I found the options to be very limited. I wish the toilets had a jet spray.

The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms had quality taps and shower fittings. After a day of being out and about, it was great to return to the room for a refreshing shower. The in-house restaurant service was prompt, and the food tasted delicious.

The breakfast for us was not to the expectations as most things were cold maybe it was the time we went in. Other than that great place to stay.

The location was good. Short walk from Arbat street. The room was very clean with all necessary amenities with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay here.

Resident Hotel Kazybek Bi is truly one of the best hotels in Almaty. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and close to everything, from restaurants and cafes to key tourist spots. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the service — the receptionist and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Almaty!

Very clean and comfortable. Located in a secluded, quiet spot. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Loved walking around the residential area. Lots of eateries and restaurants a short walk away.

Great stay and and great staff. The reception staff was really helpful and helped us a lot in many things. The stay itself is really worth the money and nothing to complain about. Since it is bit far from city, it was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is not very obviously recognisable. It sits inside a bylane, in a corner .

I did not like the temperature control of the shower water . Suddenly, a very hot water spray comes out with a risk of burnes . This is extremely dangerous
