The hotel common areas seemed a little disorganized.

The staff was so kind, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but filling. The hotel was super close to both night markets and lots of restaurants.

No Netflix, the staff tried thier hardest to get this working, but no joy. 4th floor, thankfully the staff are on hand and eager to move bags if needed, that last flight of stairs always winded us. Although the rooms seem renovated the hallway feels less so. Breakfast was a little uninspiring.

Exceptionally helpful staff, friendly and helpful. From the minute you arrive they really put in so much effort. Breakfast ok, the usual suspects, milk which is a bonus with the coffee. Location is great close to the various night markets, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and some convenience stores. Room although on the small side was sufficient for our needs.

Our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling from the water tank. It had obviously been that way for a while because there was mold on the ceiling.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. You are greeted right away when walking through the door and even when you come downstairs from your room. Breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

The room I stayed in did not have blackout curtains on one side of the window, which made the room very bright when I was still trying to sleep in the morning. The towels were not comfortable to use. There is no elevator, but you can ask the staff to help you carry your luggage if needed.

Lucie Hotel is a good place to stay if you're looking for value and a good location. The room I stayed in was small, but it met my needs as a solo traveler. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were welcoming and tried their best to make you feel at home.

We stayed in a different room on 2nd floor this time, there was a very bad smell from the shower drain that needs attention!! We put up with it for the one night we were there but couldn’t of for any longer.

Nice hotel in a good area, 2nd time we’ve stayed here, rooms are small but we knew that and they have everything needed for an overnight. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are very friendly and helpful with travel tickets.

Hotel is in the main hotel area near the (pretty ordinary) night market. Very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, breakfast was good, staff extremely helpful, carried our back packs to the 5th floor! And organised bus tickets north for us.

I needed somewhere to rest for a day and the hotel was very comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable, room had AC and good facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and allowed me to check into my room 2 hours early and helped me with my bags, which was super appreciated as I was unwell at the time!

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who helped us check in and carry our bags up to our room. The room was clean and modern. The staff were so polite and helpful during our stay and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was nice too.

Prices a bit high, but could be high demand/late booking. Rooms are a bit small, would be hard to stay long-term. Also, hotel-facing street has rooftop bar in a few building, which will be loud up until 11 pm. Not a hotel problem, but be wary.

The location is perfect. The only downside is the lack of space in the room, I didn't have the space to open my luggage. I was solo travelling, but in case of a couple I would avoid it

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helped us with every single question 🙏 The beds are comfortable but unfortunately the bathroom could have been a bit more clean. I would suggest to improve that. The room & bathroom is quite basic, so in my opinion it’s a bit too expensive for what you get compared to other accommodations in Asia. The location is perfect!
