Location, cleanliness, ability and friendliness of staff with English clearly understood at the front desk. (Sorry I don't speak Lao.) Size of room with Aircon and hot water. Daily cleaning and room make up without question.

Good location in Vientiane. It is a large hotel and used by a lot of tour groups. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I had no problems with the WIFI and there was a good choice of food at the breakfast. It is good value for money. Convenient for the airport.

The staff, facilities and service were all excellent. The room was large, plenty of hot shower water. Free drinking water. Good happy hour and plenty of breakfast options. Reception staff particularly Mr Tee were very helpful with booking train tickets and local information.

Malaysia1) They must install more lights in rooms. 2) Bank Charges 3% if payment made with Credit card is cutting throat to expensive. 3) Shower areas need to install or fix with some materials holding item, so it will easy to keep shower items. 4)No cotton butt is provided, it difficult to look one when needed. Toilet amenities must improve.
The rooms are big & very comfortable. A very good stay with lovely staff.
