Good Wi-fi. Good location and Duong Ha is the best, he helped me a lot with everything I needed it. Definitely I will come back here again!

All good 10/10. Booked room with balcony.. Received as promised. Big room, spotless, clean. Bathroom had hot water, good shower with shampoo and shower gel. Good wifi. Booked with breakfast. Good choice and comes with drink and fruit. Safe, secure and quiet. Staff excellent . Cleaned room and provided fresh towerl every day. Would recommend.

The front desk man is very kind and helpful. Breakfast included was good. the room was standard and clean and you can tell they look after the place. Great location very near the night market etc! Stay here

The front-desk staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good and has something for everyone. The room is aesthetically appealing, bright and spacious. The location is central, with nearby ATMs and Street food vendors.

This hotel is actually named "Le Khounsok Sunset" not "Villa Khounsok Sunset" as listed in booking.com. So, the ride-hailing apps couldn't find "Villa Khounsok Sunset". This made it more difficult to get to the hotel. Cleaning-staff never changed out the bedsheets during my several-nights stay, and didn't restock the toothpaste/soap, either. This isn't great for those who stay longer at the hotel. Mosquitoes were in the room.

The location was a 10. right in the middle of town but on a quiet side street. Breakfast was very decent overall. Not a big choice but still a value for the price of the room. Nice staff as well

Really nice property in the heart of Luang Prabang, very good location very accessible to everything such as restaurants, shops, night market! The owner is so helpful and always greeting you with a smile on his face. Managed to book us train tickets very last minute which we were so grateful for. Breakfast is nice too and the room is spacious and clean

The owner is just simply amazing. He is adorable and cannot do enough for you. He works every day and for many hours. The room overlooked a family residence which was nice. Room was a good size and clean. The cleaners do a wonderful job too. The bread at breakfast is so nice! He booked train tickets for us and helped with anything we needed

Clean rooms, good breakfasts, helpful manager. Close to town activities but away from traffic noise.

Only the balcony overlooks a yard with several users. Can be a little noisy if you seek total calm!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice quiet location. A few minutes walk to the night market. Good breakfast. Staff were really accommodating, we left our bags with reception for a few hours.

We love it here. This was our second stay because we liked the host so much. Our room this time was even nicer than our previous room but just as comfortable. He even welcomed us with a cold juice and gave us another drink before we left!!

Great value for money! Good position, clean rooms and very kind staff. Had to move here after a not-so great experience in another hotel and it was a great surprise. Breakfast included is a great add.
