Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesNoise is horrible! We were on the 8th floor and we would be up from 6/7 am from people honking and not able to sleep at night from people yelling down the street. Something has to be done with the glass doors
How serviced it is, there is a gym, barber, ladies salon and plenty of restaurants and super markets around plus its super safe area near AUB.

Saudi Arabiathere was one downside that was a bit annoying to me—the setup of the bathroom. In the standard room, the toilet and shower area are completely separated, so you have to walk across the room after using the toilet to get to the shower. It was a little inconvenient, but other than that, the hotel is perfect and in an ideal location, close to everything.”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located on Blaise Street in the lively Alhamra area of Beirut. The location is fantastic, with a variety of restaurants just below the hotel, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is inside a mall, which is an added bonus. The room was huge, very spacious, and even had a balcony for anyone who smokes. The amenities were great, with a gym, a hair salon for both men and women, a mobile shop, and a store for accessories. Everything you might need is right there.

ArgentinaThey advertised on Booking.com that Molton Brown soap and shampoo would be provided, but this was not the case. I booked two types of rooms, and neither had these products. When I raised the issue, the hotel stated that Molton Brown amenities are only available in the suites—despite their listing suggesting otherwise. This felt misleading and unfair. Additionally, some of the housekeeping staff did not meet expected standards.
The room size and the location. I requested some room decoration and they offered some dry flowers for free

EgyptThe location was excellent and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, there were a few issues inside the room: the sofa was not clean, there was only one bathroom slipper, and only one tea bag with no extras like sugar or spoons. The kettle had a very bad smell, and the microwave wasn’t working. I hope these small details can be improved to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

KuwaitAlthough the room was clean, the carpet looked worn and overused, which took away from the overall feel. The bathroom door was squeaky and difficult to slide open or shut, which became quite annoying during the stay.
Staff were very hospitable and friendly. The room was comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very convenient. Also appreciated the view, which offered a great glimpse of the area.

CanadaAccess to the main lobby/reception is a bit unpractical from Makhoul Street as stairs are in the way. Entrance from Bliss is also not practical because of the mall shops and escalator not working.
Room as shown in the advertisement pics, which is not always the case. View from the room even better than the photos. Size is adequate and bed is comfy. Staff were very helpful at all times.
