- The shower’s floor is very slippery, very dangerous and nothing to hold on in case someone slips - Breakfast was VERY poor, you don’t pay almost $170 per night to eat yogurt and white cheese. They don’t even have proper coffee. They serve 3-in-1 and what ever you ask the waiter. The answer is we don’t have. - Lastly, and this is the weirdest and first time to happen to me. My booking was fully prepaid, and upon checking in, I gave them my CC for miscellaneous expenses. But during checkout, they asked me to wait until they check the room. I actually waited for about 10 minutes until I started complaining and their excuse was, they want to check if I forgot anything in the room 😏 I’m sure the reason was they wanna see if anything is missing

The hotel’s location is central, they have free parking and free Valet. The room was spacious and clean

The cleanliness at the breakfast area could be taken care of. The juice glasses were put "head down" directly on the marble that was not very clean. It had some stains showing (same as the marble in the room's bathroom) Glasses should have been placed on a clean piece of paper at least. For a 5 star hotel, cutlery should not be placed the way it was with a bunch of knives and forks on a tray. It should have been placed on tables individually with coffee mugs

The hotel is luxurious meanwhile needs some renovations. They noted on booking that the swimming pool is working but unfortunately in fact the swimming pool wasn't open yet.

The hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, the pool area was beautiful. Having access to the local gym was a plus! The rooms were fresh and cool, especially as it is Summer. The whole experience was worth the money.

Pool is overcrowded with limited space for loungers. Kids are loud. No private place for hotel lodgers. Breakfast options are extremely poor.

The pillows were not comfortable at all and we go a room in the first floor where we could hear the voices of people sitting in the garden so we could not sleep. Also the breakfast was not so good, the omelette was cold and the "foul" was not delicious just poured from a can not fresh. The coffee is not delicious.

Shower head was loose so showering was not pleasant. The shampoo and body wash gel were as thin as water. No toothbrush nor toothpaste. No slipper so had to keep shoes on always. I don’t like to go barefoot in hotels. Safe box did not work.
