Everything about the property was great. The staff were wonderful. Danielle’s welcoming was warming and Amira was hospitable. Charif was an amazing help in anything I needed and Ayman was wonderful in helping us with reservations outside the hotel, and Hassan helped us with our bags and anything we needed. Even the Room service and House keeping staff were great

Everything was great!

I loved the rooftop pool, it was the main reason I booked this hotel! The room was very big and comfortable. I liked the location as well, it was nice to see sunset by the Raouche Rocks. After staying in Mar Mikhael for the previous week, it was nice to check out a new location. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, but I would stay here again

Sadly the rooftop bar was closed for refurbishment and the only open restaurant was the breakfast one. I look forward to coming back when all the restaurants/ bar in the hotel are open.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Beirut and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, specially from Amira and Ayman at the front desk. who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. the location is perfect, offering easy access to many key attractiones, and the comfort of the room made my stay even more enjoyable. wifi was a bit slow. breakfast is a bit expensive and does not meet the price.
