We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThis place is amazing! From the moment you come into the room, it is spacious, filled with plenty of light, a breathtaking sea-view & furnished without too much clutter. I enjoyed my time there. I had heard about chronic shortage of water and electrical outages - well, none of that here. There is a generator that kicks in within seconds and power is never off. Water is constantly available in good supply. The shower has good pressure, with a large bathroom that is spacious. The WiFi is also always on and fairly good speed, i was watching Netflix all the time, Strong WiFi speed was godsend and a bit of surprise having heard of limited or no WiFi throughout most of Beirut. The building is gated and safe. Coming to Lebanon had long been a dream for me . All the staff are an excellent host who helped me navigate hurdles, answered my questions timely, provided helpful suggestions and overall made my visit enjoyable. I will be sure to return.

CanadaTheir « mountain view » view room description should have read: parking lot view + city/building views blocking any mountains. Their outdoor space is better maintained then their rooms. There were bugs/flies in the washroom, when mentioned to their front desk staff, they blamed the humidity and did nothing , couldn’t switch rooms or have it professionally taken care of… for the price, I would recommend staying elsewhere and paying the day pass cost instead.
The outdoor facilities are dreamy and make up most of the outdoor space. Their dj and music was very good. Loved the pink towels women for and blue ones for men. Their outdoor shower was neat with automative sensors.

KuwaitI booked the beach room with private pool access for a price above the average for 5 star credible hotels during the season. We were not received at entrance, and the check-in process was basically DIY. After arriving at the check-in counter, they asked me to pay an additional $50 which was waived after nuisances. Upon arriving to the room, I was hit with a heat wave hotter than the temperature outdoors. When asked about the air conditioner, the management said it should take an hour to cool down. 5 hours later, I’m sitting in heat while maintenance was over my head for 2 hours. After talking to the front desk multiple times, and even walking to them, they provided with a city view room which was smaller (and priced lower on booking.com), but I was thankful for the air conditioning. On the day of checkout, I receive a call from the reception saying “checkout please” without any sense of customer service, given that it is “luxury hotel”. Once checking out, they did not even ask about the stay. To summarise: 0/5 for me, a truly horrible experience.

United KingdomFirst of all, the hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere you went - the lobby, hallways, even the rooms. The hotel room seemed very unclean, with dirty trash cans, old carpet, dirty windows. The bathroom smelled moldy as well, ventilation wasn't great. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation.
The hotel seemed to have a nice pool area. However, we could not enjoy it as the pool was closed and drained. Our hotel room also had a nice view, the staff were helpful and nice..

Spacious rooms with excellent breakfast, very luxurious. Reception were gracious enough to give me a free upgrade from city view to sea view and to allow for delayed checkout without extra charge. Easily up there with the best hotels I've ever experienced. Highly recommend especially during the summer season.
