Excellent location. Check-in was straightforward with clear instructions. The host was consistently available via WhatsApp and, if needed, was on-site within 5 minutes to assist with any requests. The apartment was spotless. The space is a bit compact, but otherwise, I had no complaints.

The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them.

The rooms are really nice, well built and well designed. The host was very kind, we had a complaint and they took immediate action. It's easy access and check-in is smooth.

Amazing location, walking distance to downtown. Super modern-brand new-clean building and facilities. They have 24hour concierge, I was told there’s gym too (didn’t visit). Amenities provided too. Easy check in, check out. Super recommended.

I would have appreciated having staff available to serve meals. Additionally, the hotel’s location was hard to find even locals didn’t know it, and my taxi took a while to locate it. The receptionist was very kind, but since communication was through WhatsApp, she wasn’t always present. Coffee machine was out of order 🤗

The internet was a bit slow at times and the street can be noisy but everything was great for me personally.

Zita Beirut is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and museum. The room was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed (I stayed 6 nights) and all the amenities needed. The place is new and modern, with a large kitchen. There is a coffee/bar downstairs, which adds security. They even have a steam room and massage service but unfortunately I wasn’t able to try it. All the members of the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and welcoming.

It needs a full body mirror maybe some snacks or a fridge and a proper desk space for someone working with a laptop

I like that the staff reached out a few days before to confirm the reservation and share the directions of accessing the room. It was easy and accessible uncomfortable although a bit small but it has everything one would need if they’re staying in Beirut and not dedicating their time to staying inside.
