We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesIt was way too expensive for what you got for one night. Couldn't store luggage ahead of check-in time because nothing is manned. The check-in in general, was very strange. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room didn't have a small fridge or a communal one to use.
It was close to the bus stop. The bathroom was nice, and the size of the room was decent.

IrelandCheck-in was easy on the automatic machines. Free parking is available onsite. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The room was spacious and teh bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect to explore Vaduz, it is at the end of the main street and easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants etc.

GreeceThere were working projects around the hotel, and it was a bit difficult to find the parking. Also, the parking does not have many places, however, we managed to park.
The hotel is exactly in the city centre. The rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast was ok.

United KingdomCurrently undergoing material renovations so not very easy to find the hotel. Lack of staff was a bit tricky when managing check-in and questions we had around check-out. Had requested a room with twin beds and the beds were put together with a single fitted sheet so effectively a double bed and not easily split. Unclear why sauna facilities only operate from 5-10pm.
Beds were comfortable, shower was good, room was spacious! Sauna/wellness facilities were good too.

GreeceThere is a construction area right in front of the hotel and it was confusing to find the hotel especially for us as we arrived late at night and the lighting of Vanduz is less than adequate. The hotel should had informed us about this inconvenience and the safe way to approach the hotel amenities. An email sent a few hours ago would get us out of all the trouble. Moreover there was a cyber fraud for all the guest data of the hotel and I was sent an email from someone who claimed to be the manager of the hotel about problems with my paying credit card. I would expect from a premium hotel like this to have a decent electronic anti theft program. Many guest data were stolen from the hotel system and I am pretty sure there will be guests who would have lost money over this fraud.
Beautiful hotel, in the center of Vanduz. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, everything seemed to be new.

NetherlandsWe could not watch tv, since remote control from the tv was missing and this could not be solved by the managing team. ( it was a very rainy evening) The trashcan in bathroom was full of trash previous users. The shower drain didn’t run well.
The hotel has direct view to the castle, is located in the centre, offers parking and self check in. The honesty bar is great. The terrace was nice and the bathroom nicely equipped!

GreeceWell, call me "old fashioned", but I really dislike all this "do it yourself" concept including check-in, check-out etc. It feels to me really cold, unfriendly and impersonal. I missed the warmth of a receptionist welcoming me and informing me about different aspects of my stay. Also very expensive, but to be expected for Lichtenstein.
Hotel located in the heart of Vaduz, with convenient parking in the front. The room was very clean with all the usual facilities expected. Decent breakfast.
