This home stay flat seemed very much like a home away from home during my recent stay. The room offered every convenience one could ask for in a home, and it was spotlessly clean. The proprietor was incredibly helpful and always just a call away. I'm excited to come back soon!

Chamath is a wonderful host! He is super nice and caring. I had a cough and he brought me some cough syrup and medicine. He also gave me recommendations for Sri Lanka. Also the communication and organization was so easy. I checked in super late, but that was no problem at all for him. The room is spacious, the mattress is really nice and the shower has a nice water pressure and provides hot and cold water.

It is a basic accommodation, some details could be improved, but again, it was not expensive.

Easy to find, had everything needed, the owner was responsive and helpful. There was also available kitchen, washing machine and the rent was not expensive.

Apartment located in middle of the city, able to access many tourists places, restaurants, etc. I must say very convenient.

Location is on a busy road and a bit far from most tourist spots. You'll likely need to use some transportation to get around.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed, shared kitchen included with everything you need to make food. Chamath (the host) is very welcoming and friendly, helped with any question that I had :)

There is no lift in the building. If you have some disabilities - just keep it in mind. The rooms are upstairs.

My flight arrived at night and Chamath was in touch in WhatsApp and met me - it was very kind. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen had all I needed. And there was a washing machine - I didn't need to search a loundry. There were some problems with the fan and the stove - Chamath solved all of them very quickly - for me this attention to guest's request is a recipe for success hotel/inn.

I didn't love the location and walking around the area didn't feel all that tourist friendly.

Ceiling fan did not work at the time of our stay. A faint chemical scent in the common area, but you stop noticing it after some time.

The host went out of his way to make us comfortable. He even bought a warm blanket when we asked for one. AC works just fine. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine and clotheslines with enough pins. Even though the restaurant downstairs was closed, the host offered to cook us a pizza, and it was good.

Daytime, there was noise a little bit, since in bathroom there is no sound isolation from street, but it wasn't critical.

Th host and location. Very hospital owner.. We had arrived to location just after landing from airport, it was late, but Chamath met us and prepared for us king coconut , it was so great after such a long way. Also he proposed us to drive us around and show interesting locations outside. Also apartment’s we’re very clean and there was everything you need inside for comfortable stay, there was even power source adapters ) A d also there was very fast internet , which is important for my work
