Just 50 meters from Mirissa beach, we found this place in the heart of the Mirissa, the location was too good to be true. The room was comfortable with all the amenities. The breakfast was such a mouthful and the fruits were delicious. We really loved this place.

A nightstand would have been nice. Since it’s probably expected that guests are out during the day, there was some noisy construction work in the late afternoon, but never in the mornings or evenings.

Everything was so clean – from the lobby to the room, bathroom, and balcony. Extra beach towels, a safe in the room, handwash as well as shampoo and conditioner, plus a fridge and hairdryer – all of this was not expected in this price range, but wonderful to have. Thanks to the AC and Ventilator the room cooled down in minutes! Proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect. The owners are so lovely, I felt very welcome and safe. Thank you!

Close to the main road so bring earplugs. I couldn’t hear the road noise over my earplugs but they were needed. The WiFi didn’t reach inside our room (11), but just outside the door it could. WiFi downstairs was great

Completely family run, the location is at a perfect point, the staff is very kind, 30 seconds walk to the beach. If I come again, I would choose the same facility again

Dream Palace Family Guest House is in an excellent location—just a short walk to Mirissa Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and easy beach access. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel provided drinking water. Also, the hotel did not have a designated area on the beach that offers beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

je staff were very polite and helpful. The whole place was clean and cheerful. Only a minute walk to the beach. The very low price included a yummy breakfast. There are many restaurants in a walking distance, especially places r=that serve fresh seafood.

Can't blame the hotel, but Mirissa didn't meet my expectations, it was very busy and noisy. I wouldn't stay on the main road again, htere are options on the other side of the main road which could provide quiet countryside and still a beach experience without too much walking

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Air con was fantastic. Super happy about the mosquito net. Reception staff was very helpful and allowed me to check in early and gave tips on how to travel to my next destination. Very central location and 2 min walk to the beach. Close to the bus stop as well, literally steps away. Very convenient location.

Spacious hotel and rooms in a great location. Steps to the beach. Good breakfast and a nice coffee shop just across the road for those of you looking for a morning cappucino or latte. Hashan, who runs things and is the son in the family that owns the hotel, was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
