He host was wonderful. Spacious rooms - The rooms were generously sized, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool and the ambience is fantastic. The location is convenient. Tuk-tuk are readily available. Modern amenities.

All the stuff was superb and facilities was excellent two floors of swimming pool double Jacuzzi one Jacuzzi was equivalent to a small swimming pool Overall excellent specially the host We picked the best location everything perfect

I like everything about the poverty and John the host was too good Very good man Our flight was delayed. We checked in 4 am in the morning. I was worried how we gonna get into the apartment? but John stayed up until 4 am to receive us. I felt very bad. Thank you very much John .🙏🙏 There’s nothing I can say bad about the host and the property

Very large, new and comfortable apartment at the 7th floor of a modern building providing everything needed. Stunning view from the balconies and large windows at each room. Supermarket, pharmacy , restaurants and cafes just a fee steps away. We enjoyed the large swimming pool at the top terrace on 32nd floor. John is extremely friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to come again!

Extra apartment and you wouldn't need anything. If anything, I would buy 4 balcony chairs and a table for comfort, but this is not a minus, just my possible suggestion.

Very good location - quiet around all embassies, therefore very safe. Uber works very well, but tuk-tuks are always waiting in front of the apartments. It's cheap, the store 200 m is very well stocked with all products - even European. John a wonderful host and very good contact with him. I highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for a whole month - wonderful swimming pools - one on the 32nd floor, the other on the fifth. There is also a café and a small restaurant on site.

This property is in the perfect location. And the building is absolutely gorgeous. The unit was spotless, it had all the necessary equipment, tools, products, what ever you want to call it, to make it feel like I was at home. And, did I mention the location, and the building is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this place. Oh, and the host John, is absolutely amazing, on our departure day we had to leave very early, and he was there to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. And the rooftop view, is amazing.

Nothing - everything was great

- Check in excellent, very accommodating with times - Host John and co host Lahiru extremely helpful, polite and communicative - flat was brilliant - well furnished, everything clean and tidy, everything in excellent working condition - very thoughtful hosts - even left a welcome hamper - location excellent - lots of great restaurants nearby and supermarket within very close walking distance - amenities of the complex were great - rooftop infinity swimming pool was amazing,, gym was very good, badminton court and pool/billiards table which can be booked from reception - we used the facilities every day and was great. - they very kindly let us check out late in order to get ready for a friend's wedding in the evening which was incredibly helpful and we are ever so grateful for thei generosity and help - overall a great stay and probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Would recommend 100% and if I ever come back to Sri Lanka will definitely stay at this great place with this lovely gents!

Perfect modern, clean and comfortable apartment with enough space for 4 adults. Great if you’re traveling with a baby or children. The views are stunning and the location is prime! The hosts were wonderful, so polite, helpful and understanding with our luggage and check out times etc. The small details of providing some drinks, milk, water, snacks and even a little something for my baby was really special. Will definitely be booking again when I’m in Colombo!

Just one little thing .. if the master bedroom had a king size bed , it would have been perfect ..

It was super clean, really comfortable with all amenities .. roof top swimming pool was beautiful and the apartment just felt like home.. the Host John and his co Host are the two most humble and kindhearted guys you’ll ever meet .. Highy recommended A++++

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has beautiful views and is very well equipped. Extra highlight are the common areas, especially the swimming pool on 32nd floor. With three sleeping rooms it is perfect for families. The location is great and it was easy to get around, as tuctucs frequently pass by.
