The hotel is very modern, it shows that it’s in good hands by really friendly stuff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise since the eggs were made freshly for us as we came. Sadly we stayed just one night.

Beautiful view out the window. Room spacious enough. We only stayed one night as were just passing through Kandy. Hosts were very lovely and helped organise our tuk tuk for the train in the morning, and double checked our train tickets. The location is up a bit of a hill - easy enough to walk down, but definitely worth getting a tuk tuk up.

The accomodation is located up on one of the hills, overlooking Kandy - from the city centre you can either take a tuktuk (10min) or walk up (20min) the road; beware of the traffic and midday heat though. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and come with a well working AC as well as a balcony with a nice view over the city. There was no mosquito ned, however during our stay in August we did not really need it, so it was no problem for us. The breakfast is very tasty and generally similar to other breakfasts we had in Sri Lanka. The staff is very kind and made our stay most comfortable (sharing information, organising drivers, guarding our luggage, giving out free water for the journey). We can only recommend this place.

Spacious, clean, in a quiet part of town with great views. The staff were very nice. We had some issues with a train tickets reservation (nothing to do with them) and they helped us trying to solve the issue and sort out alternative travel arrangements

The location was in a very steep part of Kandy, so a little difficult for cars to get there, but possible. It did mean for incredible views from that height. The hotel itself is modest, but comfortable with a great breakfast including hoppers. We even saw a giant squirrel from the balcony, which was a peaceful & atmospheric place to sit. There aren't too many restaurants within walking distance, but the staff were very helpful & happy to order food for us & have it delivered.

Kandy Oasis Hotel is a nice hotel just a short walk from the city centre up the tranquil hills around Kandy. The views from our big terras were outstanding, looking over the hills and the big Buddha. Staff is super friendly and does anything to make your stay great. Facilities are good and it's clean. Very good WiFi. Tasty Breakfast! Walk to the city just takes 15 minutes downhill. A tuktuk ride back up is between 300-500 rupee. So easy to get in and out of the bustling city below. And just 5 minutes walk to the excellent Marinate restaurant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay at Kandy City Oasis Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The location is peaceful and just a short tuk-tuk ride to the city center. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again!

Not uncommon in humid countries but there was black mould on our ceilings and the water pressure for the toilet was very weak so we had to wait a while for the cistern to fill up again before flushing each time.

The property was clean and we had a big room with a balcony with a gorgeous view. We had a clothes rack where we could wash and dry our clothes in the sun which was a plus! The staff were exceptional and communicated well throughout the entire booking, check-in, stay and check out process. I absolutely cannot fault the staff. The bed was comfortable and breakfast decent with fruits, eggs, toast and roti. The hotel is situated on top of a hill which meant we had gorgeous view (it’s not walkable to to the main city area but there are lots of transport options via PickMe )

None! But it would be so good if one of the windows has a fly-screen so we can keep it open at night to enjoy the fresh breeze from the outside. I don’t like aircon, natural air would be the best!

The walk to the city and back can be too steep for some. It is mush easier to use the tuk-tuk.

Is good the hotel includes breakfast in the booking. The staff were all very helpful, such as carrying our suitcase and attending to our requests promptly. What we loved most is the inclusion of pick up from the train station and Mr David, our tuk-tuk assigned driver to be honest and helpful, full of cheer and candidness. He showed us around the city at a fraction of the actual cost listed.
