The rooms were spacious and the staffs were accommodating. Kumari was helpful. I had a request for early check in due to night train and they approved of my request too.

Also, the lift is not available, we have to go up by stairs for three floors. Someone unknown also nocked our apartment and ran away.
The overall apartment was nice and beautiful.

It was a very last minute booking due to being let down by someone else. Kumary was very quick and helpful at settling us in so quickly. She checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Thé hôtel suite was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly. It was great having a small kitchen and the views were lovely.

The comfort and the service of the staff specially Miss Kumari was exceptional in getting us the things that we needed ensuring comfort for a pleasant stay.

We had luggage and had to chug it up a steep slope and a few flights of stairs. We asked for a late checkout (12pm) and were asked to leave by 11 am as it was a busy season. Very basic accomodation - I felt it was way overpriced. Also it was very different from the pictures on booking.
