Best stay in Srilanka so far

The property has good location, around 10/15 min to the beach. There are a few restaurants in the surrounding. The staff was helpful and nice. Apartment was comfortable with equipped kitchen.

Shower drain was quite slow so the bathroom got wet quite wet.

Amazing value for money. The owners are so kind - they arranged a scooter for me and my boyfriend and we were able to park it on their driveway so it was safe during the night. Also, we stayed during the Sri Lankan New Year and on the morning of NY they made free breakfast for us which was kind of them but also very thoughtful because most restaurants are closed on that day. Apart from that, the room was spotless, the AC worked as it should have and the balcony area was just another thing that made us fall in love with this place. We stayed in 7 other places prior to this one and it was definitely our favourite. I can honestly recommend booking this place when visiting Mirissa. Thank you!

I loved the room which was really big and the owners were fabulous and very helpful.

The location was ok but it is certainly not a quiet street and there was a constant stream of tuk tuks a bikes coming down almost hitting me all the time. Also for 3 of the nights I was there I got kept awake by dogs barking all night!

The host family were so incredibly kind. The room was lovely with all the amenities listed. The location was perfect for me. It was a quick walk to the beach but on a quiet road. Would very happily stay there again. Because the family have so many tall mature trees it is also a lot cooler in the garden which was a welcome treat on hot days.

The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Beautiful building and furniture. Very comfortable beds, aircon, and mosquito nets. A bonus of a private kitchen with refrigerator.

We were able to do our laundry for free which was very convenient The staff is very helpful and the location is great 100% recommend

Quiet location. Clean and comfortable room. Water heater is nice. Walkable distance to shopping, cafes, restaurants and beach.

Needed to ask for toilet tissue refills after staying multiple days. It would have been nice if it was restocked regularly.

-Lovely elderly couple managing the guesthouse - i felt like i was staying at granny’s house -Great location -away from busy road- yet close to many cafes -comfy mattress -warm water for shower available

- there was an issue with the sockets in my room- i had to charge my devices in the reception area- didnt bother me much; but would be a good thing to change the sockets 👌

The host made such an effort to help us celebrate our honeymoon. Room was perfect, good WiFi, kind hosts which helped us do our washing. Would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean and useful amenities such as the shared kitchen for basic self-catering plus drying racks for wet swimwear etc. A great location near amenities but away from hustle and bustle of Mirissa town. Thank you for a great stay.

The place is well maintained and in a good location. The rooms are very nice

The owner threatened few times he will kick us out because of our kids noise. So if you come alone or with a partner it's great, with kids think twice.
