    - room was a good size for the 4 of us - beds were comfortable - cleanliness in the room - garden of the propriety was well kept and we could walk to the rice fields - quiet location, not far from the center

The pool was not very clean when we arrived, the water was green and cloudy. They cleaned the pool the day we left and it looked very good, but while we were there, the water was not appealing.

Good hotel, good value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful and all guest requests or concerns are dealt with. The hotel is a bit remote and you have your peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach the street with restaurants and bars in a few minutes by tuktuk, which can be organized by the hotel within minutes.

Friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, nice ambience with lots of potted plants and a treehouse feel, excellent food at the restaurant - tasty food, good portions and quick service. Hotels own transport options made moving around easy and were competitively priced.

Swimming pool could do with a clean. Bathroom shaving bulb was missing, glass was cracked and hand rail wasn’t fixed properly and kept falling off.

The rooms are in a beautiful garden with flowers and palm trees, there is also a nice pool. We had a room with pool-view, which was great! The room was a bit narrow with the two double beds, but the beds were comfortable. The set breakfast menu was huge, so we tried it only once, the other day we ordered a’la carte. Once we had dinner, which was very good!

Good rooms, adapted for groups of 3. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Very nice staff. Everything was very clean.

Swimming pool water coulee less green, but globally is an excellent hotel with an excellent relationship between price and quality.

The setting is lovely, with the open air restaurant and the pool. The food at the restaurant is great.

The shower had very low water pressure. The bathroom was quite dated.

Great location on the edge of Sigiriya, easy access via tuk tuk to the main attractions in/around the town and to the restaurants in town. It’s very well kept, rooms are large, clean and comfortable and within a lovely building built to look like a tree house. Pool is clean and well maintained, much needed after a hot day exploring. Food is very good and very well priced.

We thought this hotel had a beautiful setting with the lovely gardens and pool area. We had a tuk tuk so it wasn't too far from anything. Staff were friendly and helpful but not very forthcoming with any information. (E.g. we had to ask about pool towels, how much laundry was,.they had a sign that said they accepted a bunch of different cards but then the machine didn't accept amex.) Pool was a highlight, rooms look just like the pictures.

They didn't wash our clothes very well, so I'd look elsewhere if you need laundry done. We asked about pool towels at reception and we got lovely fluffy towels that were much nicer than the threadbare towels we had in our room for our shower which was weird. Breakfast was plentiful but not great. A buffet or a la carte menu would be better to avoid wastage.
