Attached bathroom, warm shower, proper bed and linen, breakfast, location, staff service.

A bit noisy at night. No sound proof and disturbed by sounds of TVs in adjoining rooms and people talking at the space in front of the room.

Breakfast should have several kind of foods.Atlest 2~3 types.

We choose this hotel through Booking .com and recservation done. After that we called the hotel for confirmation but they mentioned that they not having any vacancy, and your site is wrong. We faced many problem during finding the other hotels. We have think twice ,while using Booing .com for reservation due to non-reliability.

What great place. Large quiet lodge in gorgeous rainforest. Manager does a wonderful job probably all the jobs. One of our best Sri Lankan dinners and breakfast very generous and delicious. She organised a guide for us in Sinharaja rainforest - such an amazing guide and trek.

Narrow road was very rough for the tuktuk we were driving

The location is incredible. Secluded against the forest. There is a woman who works there who took care of everything. Check in check out all meals laundry etc. She is amazing.

Friendly hosts who tried to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The staff helped us organize an excursion to the Sinharaj Forest. They also allowed us to check out after returning from the excursion. We were able to take a shower. The owners also found a tuk-tuk that took us to our next place of residence.

There was no mosquito net in the room, so insects made sleeping difficult. The hotel is located very far from everything. Dinner is only possible at the hotel due to the location.

This was my fourth visit to the Rainforest Lodge and I always enjoy being there surrounded by jungle vegetation and the sounds of nature. It's a quiet and relaxing place with lots of birdlife and monkeys, and a good base to visit Sinharaja for jungle trekking. The food is very good and the staff very attentive.

I love everything about Rainforest Lodge. It's simple, never too busy, and fairly priced (not cheap, but it's in a special location) A pool would be a real asset although I'm not sure where they'd put one! There seems to be building work underway- I'd hate it to become too big and busy.
