It's located in very quiet nebhiour hod area away from all noise from traffic. It may take 15 munite to walk to main road. All rooms are spotless clean bed was very comfy toilet are very clean water pressure and room Aircon fantastic.. Two staff working on day night shift are very welcoming all gust with true Sri Lankan smile and always willing to help any time. This could be mine 5 visit I feel home away from home. Owner of the hotel design it such a great rooms are very big absolutely good for people who are transit can have good rest.

All my meals are from the menu, but this time I was very disappointed it's not same taste as before and too much black sauce add in to my meal and salty, I think it's about time to think about change food vendor or the cook.

It was conveniently located just 5/10 minutes to the airport. The room and bathroom were also spotless - the bathroom must have been renovated recently, it was very nice. Also, the hosts helped us organise a transfer early in the morning.

The house is right beside a train track, so it is a bit noisy. Trains pass at least once an hour. Also, the bed was very squeaky and wasn’t the most comfortable.

We stayed here for one night before our flight, and everything was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled really nice. It’s located just 4 km from the airport – about a 10-minute drive – which made it super convenient for our transfer. The place was very quiet and peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stop near the airport!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the airport and conveniently close to Negombo. What truly made this place stand out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We were delayed and arrived very early in the morning, but this was handled without any issue at all. Communication was smooth via WhatsApp, and they went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight. The owner offered several options, and we chose the small local Sri Lankan breakfast, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. This was the first time we’ve ever rated a place 10 out of 10. It far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price category. We were so impressed that we’ve already decided to return here for our final night at the end of the trip. Highly recommended!

Absolutely value for money staff working day shift night shift are extremely helpful make me feel very comfortable during my stay. Every month I travel to Sri Lanka, each visit I stay at same hotel and it's 7 munite away from the airport.Big room with good A/C good toilet facility,and it's Very convenient I highly recommend to anyone..

Each visit I wrote comments here I always highlights this property need to have sign board display outside to let the driver know there is hotel unfortunately all go pass unnoticed because there is no sign board display, Try to provide some simple food and drinks it's long way out to buy food and beverages.And also add with cable tv,

We stayed here for a brief evening before leaving for an early flight. We were made to feel very welcome and they helped us to arrange our travel to the airport in the morning

Im sorry, dont remember the name, but the gentleman who checked me in was super helpful, I couldnt figure out Netflix, he fixed it for me. What plug I had (I bought one I googled would fit, google knows nothing lol) he borrow me the right adapter so I could charge my phone. I had breakfast the first morning, super delicious and very generous, no way I could eat it all. The staff was lovely, very helpful. Very clean, spacious, I just loved every bit of it :)

Very close to the airport. Lovely Manager who coordinated with us for late night check-ins. Rebooked it again before our departure flight because it was so convenient.

Absolutely it's very peaceful quite place, very near to the airport you can reach in 10 minutes, staff is very helpful always ready to help when needed, they do not have restaurant but food are delivered when request and it's very delicious. Big room good air con and shower and clean towels, keeping place well maintained by staff. This is my second visit I'm back for sure

Location of this gust house ,if you do not have vehicle it's a long walk to the road, there is no street lights,road is too much of uneven, strays dogs on the road at night,no sign board to indicate the location of this gust house even at hotel premise, My suggestion is night shift staff should be staying and resting down stairs just in case of any emergency after when guest check in.i also think they should have some bottles soft drink to sell when needed coz it's too far to walk .

We stayed one night and really liked it. We arrived late after a very long day. The very friendly night manager met us at the gate, completed our paperwork, arranged our taxi to the airport for the next day and carried our bags to our room. A very good breakfast (string hoppers, coconut sambol plus toast and jam). An excellent and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended.
