We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaPlacing some extra soap or some sanitizer in the bathroom would be great, but it's no big deal. I'm a person who packs all essentials even if it's a single day/night stay or just an hour.
The location was easy to find, and very convenient, on the main road itself. The place was clean, quiet and well maintained, without any disturbances. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and there was no hassle at all. Overall, the place had a homely vibe, and was safe.
