I loved everything and had an amazing stay. Would just share a tip of installing a few hooks in the dorm and a little shelf for a book/phone.

Amazing boutique little hotel with direct beach access in the centre of Ahanghama town. Yummy, fresh, healthy breakfast, complimentary yoga classes, and proper delicious coffee made with love by georgous barista served on a terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean. It's the best coffee around, and they have an excellent selection of mouthwatering cakes. Coffee is complimentary for guests. Property is beautifully designed in a coastal bohemian style, modern and brand new. Location is the most central it can be. Staff is so lovely, all of them, Maneesha is a star and everything is well organised and all essential info along with recommendations delivered to your WhatsApp. Button, the most adorable pup is the boss ;) Dorms are bright and spacious and come with an incredible view of the sea from every bed, which nicely sets up your circadian rythm as you wake up. The property is spotless clean. Peaceful and relaxing.

We loved our stay at this boho, minimalist of boho theme hotel which also has a surf school and an amazing cafe. To start with, o would like to appreciate Victor, the owner. He followed up with us about our arrival, gave us a wonderful tour of the property, provided us with a list of amazing recommendation for cafés, things to do in Ahangama. The room was spacious, well lit, nicely done. The balcony offers an amazing view of the ocean and the lawn. We loved the English breakfast and the smoothie bowls for breakfast along with the coffee, which is by the way is free for guests at any time. The location is perfect, it’s next door to all the Instagram able cafés like Kai, Cactus, hotel de uncles etc. Cargrills, the supermarket is also 50m away. Coming back to the property, the staff were very friendly n helpful. Manisha, their manager particularly gave us some great recommendations. Not to forget, Victor offered us to keep our luggage in our rooms even after the checkout time( got lucky as the next guest was arriving the next day) . Your kindness and hospitality will go a long way. We will definitely love to come back and enjoy some more days at this beach front, cozy property.

I don’t have enough words to describe my experience here- yes the location is perfect (right by the beach, centre of town), the food is great (the coconut smoothie bowl changed my life), the coffee is the best you’ll have in Sri Lanka, the room and view is surreal, BUT, it is the really the people running it that will steal your heart away. Maneesha, the manager (plus her puppy - Button) is the most warm, friendly and welcoming person. Taz is a great Barista and her iced latte is mind-blowing. Don’t miss out on the included yoga sessions with Shruti, she had practised yoga all over the world and will ensure you’re comfortable and keeping up with the class comfortably. Victor, the owner (accompanied by his calm and demur Shib Inu, Enzo) is extremely generous & knowledgeable (will always give you the best recommendations and fun conversations!). They genuinely make you feel like a part of their family - I kept coming back here for a coffee even after my stay was over. And yes I also met some of the best people who were also guests staying here. Hope to be back someday again 🤗🩵

Clean, cozy hotel with amazing ocean and surf views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location — cafés, restaurants, and shops are all a short walk away. Even though it’s right by the beach, it’s really quiet. Definitely recommend!

The food was delicious but could be a bit more (my husband eats a lot 😃).

First of all this place is magical. They have a garden directly next to the ocean and you can just chill there or get a surf board and go surfing. They have free Yoga lessons and can organize surfing lessons (55 $ for 90-120 minutes) which take place either directly in front of the villa or at Weligama beach where they have a Surf School depending on conditions and availablity of surf instructors. They will organize a TukTuk to bring you to Weligama and come back. Victor is an amazing host - He helped us with everything. He was always very interested in our plans and if we need some recommendations for restaurants or things to do. For breakfast you can chose a meal the day before and a cook will make it every morning freshly for you. We definitely LOVED this place 🥰

The Hotel is a triple thumbs up for anyone visiting Ahangama.! The perfect blend of luxury and in-house hospitality. The entire team is so friendly! Special mention to Maneesha & Aadhi who took care of us with utmost care. The property is perfectly situated close to anything you may need or want to do. The team gives great recommendations and their owner Victor makes it a point to come meet everyone staying and making their stay a little better. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was perfect! walking distance to all the shops/ restaurants. Stunning views of the beach from the Hotel . Staff were so friendly ! I enjoyed my stay a lot I extended another night, would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area 😊

Stunning views, very chilled vibe and lovely staff. The room we had was fantastic, it had superb facilities and it was presented immaculately. We met the owner, he was very helpful. He gave us some great tips on where to travel to next and even hooked us up with the owner of another popular hotel in the next town so we could get a room. The breakfast was delicious, it is made to order every morning for your specified time and the views of the sea from the courtyard, where you sit to eat are beautiful. There are some really good spots to eat and drink near by, all of which the staff are more than willing to assist with recommending. We would definitely return.

The vibes, the mood, the service, the breakfast, the yoga classes, the position of the place (super central and close to all the place of interest), the availability of the staff and the support of Victor.. Prime location! The room was super clean and comfortable with incredible ocean views. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. It’s the perfect place even just to chill outside. I love that every morning you can walk down stairs and ask one of the lovely staff members to whip you up a nice morning coffee. It’s a lil expensive, however I’d pay to say again!

Very convenient location, delicious breakfast and coffee. It was amazing waking up to the view of the ocean every morning! Easy to arrange surf lessons that happen at their second location in Weligama, which is a quick ride away, and on some days they also offer complimentary yoga. Great option for solo travelers looking for a sense of community.

Stunning View and Prime Location On my way to Galle with my friends, I stopped at this small boutique hotel in the heart of Ahangama. Initially, the price for a dorm bed felt a bit steep for my budget, but with limited options and the night approaching, I decided to book it for one night—and what a great stay it was! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the housekeepers were especially sweet and attentive. Breakfast was another highlight—I ate so much I could barely walk! Left feeling happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Stayed in the dorm room, it was one of the nicest dorm rooms I've stayed at in srilanka. The staff was great and very accommodating. Location is great and the view is beautiful. They have nice options for breakfast and a coffee shop on the premises with really great coffee. Will definitely come back.

Love everything.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. They give you the list of the places around so you don’t feel completely lost in choices. Also, the location is very convenient. Apart from that, the hotel is new and well taken care of. Surfing spot in front of the hotel is an additional bonus.
