The room was fantastic and very panoramic

My Husband and I had a fantastic stay at Tea Hills Ella — the views were stunning and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The complimentary shuttle service was a big plus — convenient, punctual, and made getting around stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with great service!

The view is superb! The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They are available for any need and do their best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent, both in portion size and quality.

The accommodation is in a very beautiful location, although it can only be reached by tuk tuk. The property provides an efficient free shuttle service from 8 am to 9 pm. Outside these hours, the service can be easily arranged with the property at a minimal cost.

Beautiful accommodation and a friendly, helpful owner! We felt very comfortable. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view! The ride to the hotel was an adventure in itself; it's amazing what tuktuk drivers can do. The free tuktuk service to and from the city center was so nice. The only thing that bothered us was some loud work/noise outside beginning around 7am in the morning. Depart from that it was really quiet, and all we could hear was just nature! We can recommend this hotel to everyone, we really enjoyed our stay :)

A peaceful retreat outside of Ella with incredible views. Complimentary Tuk Tuk rides to and from the accommodation were brilliant and were very easy to organise. Good WiFi if you needed to work. Great breakfast over looking the hills in the morning with all the staff being incredibly kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible breakfast and staff, amazing view of the mountains and the room was equipped with everything that may have been needed.

The location was in a beautiful spot but could be hard to find at night due to being about 10minutes out of the main town. Although they did offer complimentary tuk tuk services, the roads in and out of Tea Hills were very steep.

The views are just amazing. The way down the stay is a little off road, hard way about 500m but worth it. Room was clean and super comfortable.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, free tuk tuk service into the town (roughly 15 mins) and back, nice breakfast, stunning views, very peaceful.

Beautiful location. Quit a tuk tuk drive up the mountain before you reach the hotel. But then the view is spectaculair! The host was a fantastic guy. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

Room views is amazing, couldt imagine. Litle bit far away from city center but there is a shuttle until 9pm when ever you want from and to center.

There were heavy wind. We couldnt sleep well due to iron roofs voice.

This is a beautiful location, and I really liked the design of the hotel with all rooms looking out over the beautiful view. Breakfast on the balcony was an extra special treat, and I loved the cool breeze you get in the hills. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The location is quite far from Ella town centre, but the free tuktuk shuttle helps and the view makes up for it!

The view is amazing. The hotel is brand new and thr hosts are amazing. It is a bir far from the main road, but it means you have silence and can relax, plus the view is great being on top of the hills. The free shuttle to the town and from the town everytime you need it is amazing. The host even prepared take-away breakfast for us because we left very early in the morning. Would recommend 100% to stay here if you are coming to Ella.

This has been an amazing stay for us. The place is so clean and spacious and the views are just spectacular. More than what we expected. Staff were so hospitable and accommodated our every request, even helping us to organise a last minute trip to Nuwara Eliya. We feel so lucky to have stumbled across this place, and at such a great price too!

The place is a bit far from the city but they offer a free tuck tuck transport to and from the City until 9pm. The view is amazing and the surrounding are very beautiful

Good staff. Gr8 breakfast. Location is bit far from town but very beautiful. Best thing is they provide free shuttle to town as and when we required.

Everything was perfect, from the room to the view and the breakfast.

Just keep in mind you will need a tuktuk to reach the location (not accessible by car). The hotel arranges that for free between 8AM and 8PM. Also no AC but it wasn't a problem as it is very cool in Ella.
