Staying at this hotel was truly a beautiful experience. I originally booked for one night as a transit stay after arriving at the airport, just before continuing my trip — but I ended up extending my stay — that’s how lovely it was. The room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured—calm, comfortable, and full of good energy! The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. But what made this stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the owner. She’s a truly wonderful person who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and supported. She helped with my laundry, assisted in planning my trip, stored my luggage while I travelled, and even prepared a thoughtful takeaway lunch for my journey. Her generosity and warmth touched me deeply. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — it’s more than just a hotel, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to everyone.

The property was amazing, everything you need after a long flight. It was very conveniently located only being a 10minute car ride from the airport. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was great. The family were incredible!! Due to arriving late at night, they told us we could just go to sleep and worry about the paper work in the morning which was very appreciated. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you all so much!

We cannot rate this hotel enough, the couple who run it are so lovely and couldn’t have done enough to accommodate us after a day of travelling and arriving late. The room we had had a small terrace/balcony that opened out onto a beautiful garden area. The room was very clean and everything worked as expected (AC, tv, shower etc). The hotel is very close to the airport so a perfect stay if you are flying in/out. Thanks so much for a great stay, we will 100% be back!!

Perfect place to stop either arriving or leaving Sri Lanka, the food was fantastic and the staff so so friendly and accommodating, it was our last night in Sri Lanka and we asked for curry and string hoppers in the morning and they made it happen even with such short notice.

Maybe the only thing that could improve was the WiFi coverage but when we used our data it wasn’t good as well so it could possibly be location not the actual hotel itself.

I think the hospitality was what we truly valued staying at this hotel. The relaxing and accommodating environment was something I hold in high regard for this space. Arriving late at night and being told “don’t worry about the payment, we can sort it tomorrow - get some rest” really spoke volume to me. They care about their guests and will help you when they can. Being treated to an afternoon cup of tea and cake before we left was a treat and of course was free. For me, hospitality goes a long way 😊 and I thank the owners and staff here for making us feel at home.

This was our last night before a morning flight back to the UK. We had a warm welcome by the lady owner who showed us our spotlessly clean room and brought us cups of tea to our patio. After a good shower we mentioned to her that were were going out to find some dinner, and she offered us freshly fried rice chicken and vegetables, which we had after nipping out to the nearby beer shop. Delicious. Had a great sleep - it was quiet, comfortable, and with good air-con. We got up, packed and got into the taxi she had arranged, and rode 15 minutes to the airport. The whole thing was so simple, enjoyable and relaxing.
