The house itself is beautiful, rooms spacious and clean

Nuwara Eliya can be very wet and cold. The Bungalow is not heated, so bring a sweater otherwise you can freeze. There was some Indian festival which was very noisy keeping us out of our sleep and as it was misty/rainy we couldn't enjoy the otherwise probably beautiful view from the uge glass windows

The trouble to reach the location and the way to get to the bungalow is from a small back door. Unable to go anywhere after check in Breakfast was not to the mark. No option to get dinner but pizza hut worked It extremely bright at 5 am

Breathtaking view, delicious breakfast and caring hospitality by Saman who ensured that everything was well prepared on the early morning for catching the Train to Ela as well as the days staying in Nuwara!

Slight smell in the bathroom, which isn’t a surprise given the high humidity in Nuwara, however, the Owner could try to mitigate the smell with preventative measures.

We travelled as a family with two teenagers. This place is very special with great view to the lake. We got a perfect boxed breakfast for our trip to Horton's Planis.

Communication in English was a bit difficult at the accommodation

The best breakfast we had in our trip. Greg views from the room. Staff always available to help. The house is amazing but it needs maintenance and by paying min 70 usd per day they can invest a little more.

Internet was not working. Furniture are very used and in general the room needs maintenance. Hot water only for 1 person, the other needs to wait 15 min to take a shower. Bed sheets and towels really used and needs replacement.

Amazing staff and views of the lake, comfortable rooms with view. The staff went out of their way to help out with any request that we had, strongly advised. It is a 10 min walk from the town but for us it was a plus, this is the Nuwara Eliya way.

The area is incredibly noisy. Our room had a spare bed that was very dirty - we didn’t use that bed but it made us question the cleanliness of the bed we did sleep in.

A quiet location with excellent views of Lake Gregory and the mountains (a queen room with balcony does not have the good views). Saman upgraded us to the good room with views and was extremely helpful and friendly. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower. Good breakfast. An easy walk to town or short tuk tuk ride.
