We have noticed some noise coming from the water pump that has been a bit bothersome.

We are delighted with our experience at The Apartment. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it easy for our family to relax and unwind. Our kids have been entertained and content inside the apartment, and my wife has been enjoying the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The roof terrace is a definite highlight, providing stunning views and a great space to spend time together as a family. However, we have noticed some noise coming from the water pump that has been a bit bothersome. It would be wonderful if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more peaceful stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, we have had no other complaints and are thoroughly enjoying our time here. We highly recommend The Apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Only four people can sleep in 2 beds provided. But they recommended accommodating 6people in that apartment. We had five one had to sleep on a couch. This apartment can accommodate 4 people, not 6 people.

Maybe we didn't know how to use, but one of the shower heater was not working. But there were two bathrooms so it wasn't a big deal.

It's so clean and comfy! Well-equipped with utensils. There were heaters too. Mr. Kasun, the person in charge was easy to reach.

Location, Staff Treatment , Cleanliness and Safe Hats off to Mr. Liyanage as the owner and Mr. Babu who took care of us since the minute we checked in. They will accompany to the apartment and guide you through the necessary details and handover the keys before they collect your payment. Which was helpful due to our long drive. Everything is provided, Utensils + Cutleries + Clean linen & you could request a Bed side Heater if not provided . Early checkin and late checkout are possible depending on the availability. What amazed me was how clean the place was . I can vouch for this place at all times .

I had a wonderful experience at the Edge Luxury Apartment Nuwara eliya. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the owner was very kind and helpful. The service was exceptional. Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Nuwara eliya.

Large quiet apartment close to the racecourse and not far from the town centre. Underground car parking with lift access. Very clean and all facilities available as described.

Place is only for 4 people (two double beds available) plus sofa for one person but we needed to ask for blanket as it was not prepared. In one of the bedrooms it is not possible to sleep at all so is fact only one bedroom is ok. The noise from staircase is so terrible that you wont be able to sleep, even earplug won’t help. In past reviews owner wrote already in 2023 that they are working on this but it didnt change till now. One night there is ok but not longer.
