The hotel is not so baby friendly, for example the floor is very slippery.

People, everybody was very helpful and nice.

I booked room with jacuzzi. On first night it was not working, plus it was dirty. At the same time, hot water was pouring only for 2 minutes in shower. Mirror in the room was also dirty. On second day after reporting those things, maintenance was done 🙏

Breakfast was just fine, location is great since you have amazing view of ocean and nature.

we booked full board, for lunch they had a set menu no other option was provided. For dinner, it was mentioned my dish comes with yellow rice but it came with mash potato which they didn't ask prior for change. A white cat is coming near to the plunge pool area and had snacks which were kept on the table. Morning breakfast we weren't asked for our choice, English breakfast was served without bread and butter. Overall going for the full board option wasn't the best idea think should go for al-cart.

The room was spacious, liked the ambient from the shower to the direct plunge pool. When it comes to food seafood was good and fresh. The staff was friendly. We ordered al-cart food for snacks, it was fresh and good. The view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful and loved the wind. Overall beautiful hotel and relaxing.

The power went off and due to fuel shortages, the generator couldn't be switched on. Although it is a private pool, there is a chance of people being able to look from the corner of the main pool. It is a low chance but better find a way to address that.

After two years of Covid, the building could use some refurbishment. The waiters need a little more professionalism.

The rooftop is absolutely amazing, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is splendid!

Property needs some maintenance work, lots of ants in our room and the lift didn’t work. Was disappointed as friends of ours loved this hotel in 2019 when they stayed

AC in the room was very loud and it was impossible to change its fan speed. Elevator didnt work. All in all good hotel but needs some investments in renovation.

Personal was realy nice, pool in a room is a very cool thing.

Rooms were falling apart, bug infestations, doors not sealed. A friend had to move rooms due to ant nest. We got charged for water on check out for breakfast! Very bad policy.

Gym was barely useable. Machines were rusty and old and some weren't working anymore (wires hanging out). A lot of pictures shown are from the private villa rather than the actual hotel. For what we paid and with the 5 star rating we expected better facilities.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. We got a room which led out to the pool which was the highlight. Nice location, only a few minutes up a hill from the main town. Views were lovely from the pool.

We booked 6 weeks in advance and were messaged the morning of our booking to be told they had over booked and our room was no longer available. They could however accommodate us in a n inferior room for one of the nights but they would prefer we cancel and they would ensure we receive full refund!!!!!! Disgusting. We couldn’t find similar alternative accommodation so still arrived at the property. After much discussion we did still stay involving changing rooms during our 2 night stay. The story changed from being overbooked to there being maintenance issues. It was very disappointing and we certainly did not get the room we had requested. The polished concrete floors are a danger. The food was ordinary. WE WOUKD NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

I didn't want to check out after 1 day.

Lot of my friends were talking about this property some time ago.We were bit reluctant to book this place for our holiday.It was fantastic experience for all of us.Located the property on soperb location and the ocen view. Excellent food options and we had even few cocktails t rooftop bar overlooking sea..verygood value for money.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. The amenities and cleanliness were top-notch, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient since they provided free transport from the hotel to the beach. The kitchen staff were incredibly nice and the food was exquisite. Made many wonderful memories at this amazing hotel!

We were a bit reluctant to book the hotel actually due to a couple of negative reviews. However, once we arrived to the hotel, they had completed its refurbishments and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We booked room only basis and bought our meals from their ala carte menu. It was a bit overpriced but the food was amazing. Thank you Villa Thawthisa for your great hospitality!

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and convenient location. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt welcomed and cared for by the attentive staff. And the food was good amazing and not to point out the view from the room was fabulous
