having to walk to another hotel for breakfast but the weather was fine. could do with a bit of a spruce up. But for city centre accommodation not to bad.

defiantly a bit quirky, but the free parking made up for it.

I had to walk 13 minutes to another hotel for breakfast. It isn't served on the property. Not all of the rooms had air conditioning.

Location was excellent and it was the best hotel parking out of the 5 hotels I have stayed at in Vilnius.

The hair dryer was weak, it was taking ages to have hair dried. The Wi-Fi was slow.

The location is awesome: right in the old town, close to everything. There is a nice pub 'Meat lovers' just next door to the hotel. The food is really tasty there, highly recommended :) The room is quite spacious and everything is perfectly clean. The bed is comfortable and big enough.

The street is a little noisy at night.

The location of the hotel is very good with some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. It's an easy walk in to the Old Town and all of the sights of interest. The lady at reception most helpful. Breakfast is only a short walk away situated in a sister hotel. Car parking is available.

No shower curtains, light traffic in front (those who are very noise sensitive might not want to leave the windows open during the night)

Great location, very friendly staff, parking (turn left just before the hotel, turn right after about 50m, in front is the gate for the presidential palace and next to it on the right the gate for the hotel - just call them and they will open it for you - drive up to the back of the blue building - that’s the hotel), good breakfast, nicely decorated and comfy rooms, we stayed a second night

The building could do with a little bit of love as it feels a little bit neglected. The same in the room, although clean, had some lights not working, there was no minibar. It was comfortable but provided what I guess is standard for 3 stars and nothing more. Do think it's a wee bit expensive for what it provides.

The room was very spacious and had a lot of natural light. The location could not have been better right in the middle of the historic centre. The breakfast was also great.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel.

Nice, clean room. Awesome breakfast after a short morning walk. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is perfect situated for walks in the Old Town. Lots of good places to eat and have a beer in the surroundings. And because of all this, I'm a regular customer.

Would be great if you didn't have to walk the 3 minutes to the other hotel for the breakfast but that's a minor issue really. Oh, please fix the lock at the very front of the hotel. My key kept getting stuck and staff had to come out to me several times

The only minor minor complaint (and I wouldn't even call it a complaint) would be to have a better shower head in the shower. But this is really minor! We loved the hotel and would really recommend.

This is a beautiful unique hotel in the city centre of Vilnius. I loved the décor, the staff were so friendly and helpful (it was snowing and they provided us with a host of umbrellas). The location is fab and the pub next door is really lovely and filled with more delightful staff and. The breakfast is served in their sister hotel down the road and it is brilliant, great selection of really fresh produce and sparkling wine if you are that way inclined! Great underfloor heating in the bathroom too!

Arriving and parking a little bit tricky - we ended up in one direction street, so before check how to arrive. Bath doesn't have curtains, so all water goes to the floor. Price we paid for 31st December - it was overpaid.

The stairs were slippery in the hotel

The location of the hotel is in the excellent place, lots of points of interest (restaurant, pubs, museums) are near. The room was very quiet, cozy, clean and the interior of the room was exceptional and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and from the room you could hear nice church bells in the morning but it is not disturbing because the sound is not loud, so you can rest in peace. The included breakfast was superb but it is 4 minutes walk to other hotel, but it nice to have a walk before and after the breakfast.

In the bathroom, there wasn't the curtain between the shower and the rest of the room, therefore each time we used it, the floor flooded. The hotel was in a very good location in the Old Town. It was a cute small hotel built in an old building with beautiful interior. The atmosphere was nice and unique - not like the big hotels with no character. We were lucky and got a room with lots of space, bathtub and a view to the inner yard. Perfect for travellers coming to see old town and center as hotel is located in old part of Vilnius. And they have free parking for cars in tha backyard what makes this small hotel pretty attractive for travellers with cars. Many restaurants and bars nearby but no supermarkets. They have tiny 24 h reception and no services at the hotel but wonderfull breakfast is served in very nice atmosphere at sister hotel near by. If it is not raining short walk in the morning is very nice. Highly reccommended hotel with good price/quality/location ratio.

We felt it was rather overpriced for what it is; we got an attic room for 90 euro a night, it was uncomfortably hot and the air was so dry I felt really dehydrated the next day. The decor is somewhat dated. Also, to get breakfast you have to walk 300 m to another hotel, which on the one hand was a nice walk, but can be annoying. We'd rather not have to leave the hotel early in the morning :/

The location is 10/10 - right in the middle of the Old Town, lots to do nearby. Also the car parking is a fab option to have if you're traveling by car.

The room was quite charming in the hotel. The decor was very quirky and gave off a very nice boutique hotel feel. There was plenty of space and a beautiful view of a Cathedral from the room. The bathroom even had a heated floor (and very large towels) which was a nice treat. The breakfast was very good, even if you had to walk to another hotel. Even if you are with the car they will provide free of charge parking place on the backyard. It is the second time we stayed at this hotel for the last couple of years. I was pleased to observe that the quality of the place did not worsen since our first visit and even improved, since now they permanently have a person at the reception which can be quite helpful with whatever you need. The room was perfectly clean. Location cannot be better. The hotel is in the charming old town area which is less crowded than the areas near the Gate of down though (which is the plus). For the price of the three star hotel, you will really enjoy the highest quality breakfast in the authentic old atmosohere of the five star hotel of the same owner. Don't hesitate walking 300 meters to the breakfast place, it is worth it! Small tip: staying in rooms overlooking the street may be somewhat disturbing at night due to the noise from night crowds, but rooms overlooking the yard will provide you with relaxing, but charming atmosphere.

The double bed is literally two small beds pushed together, with an awkward crack in the middle. It would be much more comfortable if it was one continuous mattress, with one sheet/comforter. Seems that the "separate sheets" is a thing in Europe, generally, but I dislike it.

Simple, elegant, intimate. Included breakfast at nearby Hotel Narutis is very good, in a cool cellar location.

It’s a walk-up hotel - something to note as it is quite tricky to carry heavy bags upstairs if you are a mature traveller.

    Very comfortable room, excellent location.

The facilities were poor and prevent me to accept this was a 5 star hotel. Internet was terrible and unreliable, very difficult for someone who is on a business trip and needs Internet. I had to spend most of my time downstairs in the hallway if I needed Internet. There was no actual lobby because the place is small. The rooms didn't have a fridge. Not only that, but the quality of soap and shampoo was also really poor and there were no tissues provided in the room, only the toilet paper in the toilet! Also no tea and coffee facilities either. I think the hotel can improve easily with adding a few things.

The room was really nicely decorated and it had a cute style. Though, the ceilings were low at some places and would not be comfortable for tall people, perhaps! The room was large and the breakfast was awesome which was served in a different place; about five minutes away, had very good quality and in a very lovely old cellar.
