Nothing to dislike about this place

Conveniently situated a few minutes walk from the train and bus station. Also convenient for the old town.with its restaurants and bars. Breakfast included freshly cooked buckwheat with vegetables / meat which was nice. I had an attic room, with a sloping ceiling, that if I wasn't careful I would bang my head. I can't complain about this though as the photographs of the room on booking dot com showed this clearly. This inconvenience was reflected in the price of what is a very well run hotel

There was a little confusion at check-in because my special request (which was agreed by the hotel in advance) had not been accommodated. However, the superb guy at check-in sorted it all out for me and everything was fine without any real problems. Great customer service.

Very professional and friendly staff. Super helpful. Breakfast is good and the girl looking after the breakfast buffet was really good at keeping everything clean and topped up. Rooms were clean. Reception did everything they could to help. I have stayed in many places in Vilnius over the years and this hotel is now one of the best value and quality hotels in the city. Location is also good. Always now my first choice for a place to stay.

Little bit outdated. Last time I stayed I had complimentary tea and coffee in the room, but not this time :( and had to run to the nearest shop to buy some. An awful smell from the fridge- thus we were unwilling to use it. Kept it close.

Location- 10min walk from the main bus station. Friendly staff and excellent communication: all details of how to get in have been sent to me via WhatsApp. Comfortable bed We had complimentary water bottles and slippers-thank you. Good breakfast with large variety and plenty of food Good price

No milk in room for drinks for whole stay. I asked dark haired lady bathing reception when I came in forbsone milk and she said she didn’t have d any. Still no milk was out in room the next day. It would have been nice to have map pointed out by receptionist on arrival of city which they had on shelves but just looked like bumph.

Super clean and towels changed everyday. Good location. Nice receptionists . Lovely room except no milk and sondcreabags could have been replaced but it was v good value for money and I am being picky here. Thank you for a lovejybstsy

Breakfast was excellent except no orange juice ? only apple didnt mind it but would have liked a choice hotel is clean and tidy only 7-10 mins from main line station and a 10-15 min walk into centre where all restaurants are nicely located for lads on anight out casino 5 mins, kebab house 5 mins good range of bars 15 mins

Nothing. It was just what I had expected and needed.

The hotel was very welcoming and the receptionist was able to assist with a couple of my questions - recommendation for an eatery and able to leave my luggage after checking out of my room. The location was great. It was 5 mins walk from the Gates of Dawn entrance to the old town and that was spectacular. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

The room did not have day courtains/blinds - only the night ones - which was quite weird and the big window in the bathroom had no curtains/blinds at all.

Good value for money, good location, tidy and clean room with everything needed. Fair breakfast.

The hotel is located next to the beautiful old town of Vilnius, near the railway station. Everything you need was available. A good place to stay if you want to explore the city. There was a wide offer at breakfast.

We couldn't really find options in breakfast as a vegetarian.

We liked the staff behaviour. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They accommodated our request for early breakfast, as we had an early morning flight to catch. The receptionist recommended places for us to explore for our short stay.

Breakfast was a bit uninspiring!

Ivolita was guite good for the money : relatively humble but adequate. The price (early March) was very good value. If you have no big demands, it is a perfectly good place. Breakfast adequate, but pasta and stewed vegetables were in abundance. Helpful staff.

hotel needs some renovation. Breakfast is quite poor, but coffee is tasty. Weak wi-fi signal in the room on the first floor, problems with sanitaryware in the same place, but the room was changed without objections.

Very tiny toilet/ shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was unpleasant smell in the room.

Central, breakfast was included. The receptionist was really very helpful.

One day, at 5am in the morning, the alarm went off throughout the hotel, and it didn't stop for over an hour, leaving me feeling uneasy as there was no explanation from the staff. In the end, it turned out to be a false alarm, but the hotel's response was problematic.

The breakfast was the best of all the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic countries, and it had the best value for money. Conveniently located 6 minutes walk from the central station, close to the old town, and close to the market. The nearby Georgian restaurant was also delicious.

Ventilation above bed? Genius idea! It trully depends if you have neighbours that share the same ventilation system. As the ventilation is in the wall behind your head and it is right above the bed then you can hear a lot. First 2 nights were tuff. If not used to hearing snooring people, then God bless you... 🤣. Hard to go to sleep, as someone was snooring very loudly, then people talking, laughing, etc. 3rd night was ok. Would I stay here again? If I would of had a phisically very exhausting day and nobody and nothing could stop me from sleeping, then yes, otherwise, would rather choose another place.

Breakfast, close to railway station - if you travel to Vilnius by train, then this is a very good location, as it is ~5min walk to station. Close to old Vilnius. It's on the side of old city part. Thank You for preparing early breakfast, as I had to check out at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Cleaness in the room - there were some spots of salt or something like this on the floor cover. We understand it is the winter and a salt is used to melt the snow in the streets, but still would expect it was cleaned from the floor.

Very nice and responsive attidude from reception and other staff. We appreciate that staff prepared the breakfast boxes for us because we left before breakfast time.
