The bed mattress was on the harder side, the shower water pressure was weak, general wear and tear - a cracked sink, paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Considering the state of the hotel and the absence of reception staff, prices could be lower.

Hotel has a small privat parking place. However, there were no free spots when we arrived, and we had to park the car on the public parking for a charge of 2 euros/hour for 00-24. The payment options were not really clear. At the hotel, there is no staff to ask anything, and we received no helpful information via phone. Also, nobody informed us about the Reduced Emission Zone tax, and we are not sure if we were or were not succesful to pay it. Please make your research before if you drive there with your car.

The location is great, right in the Old Town. Breakfast was very tasty. Room was very nice, with lots of space. The information about checking in was sent in advance and was clear.

The hotel had potential, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The room itself was comfortable enough, but it was noticeably dusty, which made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. With a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping, the experience would be much better.

The hotel is in a lovely, calm area surrounded by churches, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere and makes for a nice setting. Nice places for coffee and food around.

Hotel is in a good place, old town, everything is very close. I liked self check-in, instructions to enter were easy. Double bed in a room is huge. Breakfast was good.

Very quiet surroundings, I had a peaceful night sleep with windows open, despite being in Kaunas Old Town . Easy and fast check in and check out . Very supportive and always available staff - online. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast . Free parking outside the hotel.

Location was good, but difficult to drive till, because there is constructions around, very noisy street and conditioner doesn’t work well, so I had to open the windows. Waitress of the breakfast was very sad and unhappy. Not very clean room.

I have given a low rating because this is a complete self check in and out hotel, but the situation is handled badly. You receive a message telling you will receive a SMS at 15.00 o'clock with a code to enter your room but nothing arrives. Don't use WhatsApp because it's only a bot that won't solve your problems. The only thing to do is enter the hotel, ring the bell inside on the right and wait for the answer of the Staff. Only in this way you'll receive the code and the number of your room. This happened to us and two other couples of guests.

Skinny and steep stairs made getting luggage up and down from the room on the 3rd floor challenging. The room is quite dark and has only one window in the bedroom which because of the slanted roof, doesn’t provide much light. The shower head is loose, so it doesn’t point where you want, either straight out from the wall or pointed down towards the wall.

The check in process was really bad. The Hotel didn’t send us the instructions in time and neither did they send them to anyone else, as we noticed, so everybody got their room number and codes only after the guests called the help line one by one.

One downside was the limited parking; it was hard to find a spot. The room had carpeted floors which looked dirty, even if they probably weren’t. It didn’t feel very clean because of that. We had requested a separate bed for our child, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. The room also felt quite stuffy, with not much fresh air.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were okay – not bad, but nothing special either. Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but we eventually got the information we needed.

There was no shower - a large spa bath with a shower head and no shower curtain-glass. So water went over the bathroom floor even when you did your best to try and prevent it.

There is no elevator, we had to carry our bags upstairs - we managed, but it might be helpful for other travelers to know. Someone older might not have been able to manage. The shower was extremely slippery, I almost fell and there was nowhere to hold on to. And the sink was installed at an extremely low level, never seen that before. I am only 5’6” and it didn’t even reach up to my hips, very uncomfortable to wash your face there as you had to bend over really low.

The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of the old town. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient. Good breakfast. Quiet, spacious room.

Currently massive renovations in the town hall square nearby. Hard to travel In car due to roads blocked off and many one way streets. Entry into this zone is colour coded and costs extra Euros. We thought the parking of our hire car would be hard, and were fortunate to access a free park outside.

The proximity to all of the Kaunas Oldtown was great. Easy access to walk around to many sites. Room was large and comfortable.
