Fantastic and very clean apartment in a recently renovated building. Great contact with the owner, who sent all needed instructions before the arrival. Perfect location - near the big mall, old town and most of the famous modernist landmarks of Kaunas. Located at the very top of the hill, which means a 10-minute uphill walk each time, we didn’t mind, though it may not be ideal for everyone. At the same time very quiet, enjoy a peaceful view of the trees from the window/balcony. Secure parking space. Well equipped, cozy and comfortable. We were really enjoying our stay.

Very stylish 2nd floor apartment with balcony in renovated building in lovely grounds. Easy access. Secure parking space. Strong WiFi. Washing machine. Well equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom, tall ceilings, spacious light filled rooms, very tranquil. Loads of storage space, spotless, very comfortable bed and sofa. Interesting neighbourhood close to supermarkets and old and modern town centres.

There was nothing we didn't like... just the weather which was off and on. One day rain, rhe next day lovely sunshine. If it rains, do go and visit the Science Museum and the War Museum. The train to Vilnius was very good.

Perfect! The location was great, very quiet and peaceful, and listening to the birds in the mornings whilst having coffee on the balcony, was a very big plus. Just a shortish walk into town, there is a shortcut. A bit of a hike back up the hill, but there is always an uber which costs approx €4. The apartment itself had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The host was always on hand to answer any questions.

Everything was perfect!

Very beautiful, quiet, green location! Nicely decorated, very clean apartment with all the necessary things! We were very grateful for extra towels and the towel heater in the bathroom, as well as the small table lamp in the wardrobe! We would definitely return here on our next visit to the city!

The bed frame was very noisy when a person moved.

Very nice modern building next to a park. Apartment was very clean. We were able to walk to town. Good secure parking. Easy check in.

One small thing, was that the matrace was too soft and not supportive and the bed was squeaking.

Everything! Spacious and modernly furnished loft, With all standard amenities like tea, coffee, water and other kitchen equipments. What really made it special for us, since we arrived very late in the evening, was the owner had preheated the apartment for us. Safe and easy parking inside fenced area.

Very nice and spacious apartment located in a park on a hill, just a slight stroll down into town. Great amenities and a well equipped kitchen. Fantastic bed and a shower with good pressure. We could park our car in an outdoor private parking lot, right in front of the building.

Very good location near the city center - only a few minutes walk. Free parking with a dedicated parking spot in the yard with automated gates. Very clean apartment with all kinds of facilities you might ever need (with the only exception of a microwave). The apartment even had some toys for the kids.

Perfect place for kids, so calm and lovely apartment. Nice with AC and modern. Also easy and cheap with Wolt in Kaunas. Kaunas is quit boring But nice restautants and lovely old town the rest only ok. The shower was perfect and so clean and grav everything. Nice price for the loft!

Some items could be cleaner (e.g. the coffee table), the bed in master bedroom shaky. Missed small lamps by the bed.

Cool design, huge windows with nice view to the greenery, quiet area. Private parking.
