Outdated room, definitely needs to be refurbished. Window was not working properly. No mirror in the room, except small one in the bathroom.

I really like the a little bit renovated property and the fact that they finally doing it m is really great. New bedsheets, new towels. Just please also put something in the minibar because it's very sad that there's nothing in there specially some beers.

Hotel is near the main road. It was noisy in the morning with the early traffic.

Staff were great. Girl at the reception met us with the smile every time. Breakfast was basic, coffee very good.

The curtains did’t shut properly, it was very hot in the room the first night, closet doors did not close and the water pressure in a shower was pretty bad.

Rooms need spring cleaning, family room bed was uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from adjoining gym from the next house, the gym is open 24/7….so could hear the music going all night.. As Family rooms might be sharing the wall. I stayed in other rooms before, and they didn’t have the same problem. We were given a Fam room on the top floor first but it had some strange smell by the door hence asked to change - we got moved to the one on the lower floor. Coffee choice in the room was poor (no black coffee?) and poorly replenished. Wardrobe door was missing. Having stayed in a standard rooms before, previous experience was better. Breakfast was very poor and poorly managed. Unfortunate, as the hotel could be really good.

Room was spacious. Hotel is well located, with free street parking during the weekend. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, great warm food selection.

The property had a bad smell like from the dirty pipes, the room was not clean (especially bathroom), breakfast options were small , food was cold and coffee machine was broken and the coffee itself was not good

Rooms need some renovation. The room was too hot, although the radiators were not hot, there was no way to control the room temperature and with the open window to noisy to sleep.
