The place is very nice and clean and enjoys a good quality-price ratio. The position is perfect, in the very hearth of the Old Town! Several of Vilnius' attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Rooms are not as pristine and well maintained as they look on the photos. Breakfast with two very noisy caged parrots.

bed a bit hard for me, peeling paint lumps around kettle etc, fridge not plugged in, and unable to find out how to access a breakfast - hotel info says to pre order but cafe staff said to 'just turn up', when I did, no one around.

Instead of a double bed, there were two single ones put together. They kept sliding away from each other, creating a "crack" in the middle To access the room, you need to take several flights of stairs, which might be a challenge if you have a heavy suitcase

The walls are very thin so you might hear toilets flushing and people talking in neighboring rooms. Our room was particularly small compared to others we was passing by and the toilet, particularly the shower could do with a remake. Breakfast nice but limited in variety.

Location is very convenient to the center and in a quiet area. The owner is very kind and helpful. Overall nice for the price point.

Room Advertised as having lots of facilities that were absent including fridge, washing machine, microwave, toiletries, coffee machine, wine glasses and more worrying the smoke alarm had been removed with the bracket still attached to ceiling!! Please double check what facilities are actually included before booking.

The beds were terrible! I even considered paying for a different hotel our last night so I could actually sleep! The building and unit seemed dusty and the back door had trash and cigarettes everywhere.

Location was amazing! It was in a fun historic building. Host was responsive.

The advert gave the impression breakfast was included in the price when it was not, the bathroom door can't close / fit in the doorframe and drags against the floor, the door handle to the room wasn't fixed and came off many times (so aspects of the room need replacing). Also the rooms aren't very sound-proof. We could hear other guests snoring and talking which stopped my wife from being able to sleep.

The location is by far the best aspect as it's in a lovely area of the old town with restaurants and shops nearby. The price, self check-in and check out options were great as well. The staff answering messages were prompt and helpful with advice about the city. We didn't use a car but having the option for parking was good.

We were very disappointed, the facilities were not as described. There was no kittchette - just a hotplate on the windowsill, one saucepan and a few plates and bowls.Had to wash up in tiny basin in bathroom. When I enquired about the microwave and washing machine that were supposed to be there, was told I could use the ones downstairs. To be fair they did bring me a microwave for the room later. The beds consisted of an innerspring base and a thin foam pad - no actual mattress., and we're very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean, dirt just seemed to have been swept under the furniture. The room felt very cramped.

No air conditioning Only x 1 fan Kitchen facilities were not as advertised no sink no toaster only a fridge 1 x table & 2 sets of cups plates & cutlery !!!! The room was up 4 x flights 40 steps of stairs & there was no lift & we weren’t notified of this until the day before we arrived To access the washing machine in the basement we had to walk the 4 x flights of stairs twice per load - this was not clear in the advertisement The dryer was broken It had the fell & facilities of a hostel / not the “suite” in the advertisement The coffee machine & lounge were also down in the bottom floor which meant 40 steps each way - also not as advertised & a long way for a coffee

Room is small and old, without guardrobe, frigo and air condition, bathroom is small. Nobody in reception all the day. The price is too high.
