Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We would have appreciated tea/coffee making facility in the room or close by. The only possibility was to go across to the other building. That's all.
A short walk to the bus and rail station to travel into Luxembourg City, and all free! so easier than driving in. Also very convenient for exploring some of the beautiful hiking areas known as Little Switzerland. Breakfast was lovely. We went to a couple of great local restaurants and a bar, all easy walking or cycling.

The little night light that stays on all night and shines into the bedroom as I am very light sensitive. Not a reason not to stay!
Welcome, comfort, very good breakfast and excellent resto across the road!

Room size was adequate. Garden could do with some TLC. But overall it was good.

If the light was on in the bathroom, you could see into it from the room via the mirror. That seemed like a weird addition.
Good location, nicely decorated rooms and the hotel itself. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly.

Very warm welcome and helpful front desk. At our arrival the room was not ready but the receptionist found another room. Breakfast was good. Parking place available without reservation and free of charge

I traveled with colleagues for business purposes, and we needed a hotel that is close to Roost/Bissen. I really enjoyed this one. It has a simple interior, yet it is clean, quiet, and pleasant. Also breakfast is very good. I recommend it.

The bathroom sink is in the room, and is only one meter away from the bed. The shower is behind it, and without a door. A very strange and uncomfortable design. I had seen the same design in a hotel in Dubai, but with a glass barrier. I have conveyed my observation to the information desk to inform the management. I understood from the reception that this is the only room like that. And i was lucky enogh that they had reserved it for me in advance. ROOM 23.

Nothing we disliked, just bemused at see-through glass lockable bathroom doors and the bathroom light we could not turn off.
Quiet location, good breakfast, did not try the restaurant. Generous room.

The only thing I could have wished for was nicer bed linen. Felt it was a little scratchy but nothing else.

WiFi sometimes was not the best quality.
This Hotel is absolutely perfect. Rooms are cleaned everyday, staff is very nice and can speak multiple languages - no problems with communication. I felt very welcome here. I also liked the location - very close to the train station which makes it very easy to travel locally.

The bed had two separate mattresses and covers but that’s merely an inconvenience, not necessarily a bad thing.
Lovely breakfast, staff was really kind and helpful. The room was very nice, the bathroom as well.

The hotel is clean and new, just a ways away from everything. But we know that as we were visiting friends in the area.
