The rooms were small with only 1 bathroom (shower only) for 2 rooms.

Customer service is fantastic. We arrived late and the restaurant was closing but they were willing to extend the hours for us.

Our room was right on the street, and there was a lot of traffic and very noisy.

The free breakfast was excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

No Parking, Breakfast was very basic with very limited choice. Bathroom had clogging (but the excellent staff changed room immediately) The toilet was not ergonomic More like a B&B than hotel

Restaurant was good, the staff was very service oriented and excellent.

Tried to contact hotel prior arrival: no response on phone or by email. No free parking place near hotel. 'Classic' room which ment old, in desperate need of big make over. Room next to busy street, but because windows did not close good, lot of noise during the night. Till 11.30 pm loud music from bar across the street. It was not possible to have the breakfast (or at least a cup of coffee) a bit earlier, so left it without. And will never be back. Terrible experience!

    Room was quite big

There was NO parking space for the car. We had to park at the street. The room, meant to be for 4 persons, was only OK for 4 persons to sleep. The seating area mentioned in the booking was not in the room. Fortunately we were only with the 2 of us.

Breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel was OK. In the centre of Diekirch, all bars and restaurants within walking distance (just around the corner)

Room is little bit shabby. Hairdryer - did not work. Fridge - did not work. Tee (coffee) meker) in room - nice joke. Breakfast - one of the worst I have seen before. Actually - strongly unrecomended!

Location - centre of Diekirch and fine connection with other Luxembourg regions.

The bedroom was dark with no chair, and the bathroom was adequate but with insufficient. Lighting. Difficult to see in the mirror for shaving or to apply makeup. Parking was difficult.

La restaurant for dinner was superb, both food and service.

We were in a Comfort Twin room, it had a nice large comfy bed and bathroom, and was super clean. The food and wine (& dessert! hello warm Belgian chocolate over vanilla ice cream) at the Michelin reviewed restaurant downstairs were delicious and the service was very friendly.

The hotel has a good restaurant, but an untrained teenaged waiter spilled wine all over my wife.

This was our second trip, and we had a nice large room with an excellent bathroom.

We had a nice room at the rear of the hotel (important because of road noise and raucous bar across road in the front ). Our friends had booked an identical quality but were put in an awful room - dark and no wardrobe or drawers . They were then moved to a decent room but in the front of the hotel (see above).

General ambience of hotel . Excellent food (dinners) both in quality and presentation .

No parking at the hotel and parking is paid throughout the city, so you have to park relatively far away. Breakfast is good, but gets dull after a few days.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds (though slightly hot duvets) and a nice breakfast. In case of problems, staff were very quick to solve the issue.

WIFI doesn't work. Staff don't care about it. They smiled and make like don't hear you. The restaurant is very expensive. Prices are high. If you are a person with a diet, forget about this hotel. If you ask for fried eggs or a omelette, forget it, and you will see the face of the staff and the laughing of the chef!. Expensive place for small rooms.

Breakfast. Near center. Is near the War museum (3 minutes walking). Nothing else.

The room was noisy due to the traffic outside which started about 0530 and the music from outside.

Staff on the desk did not speak English but we're quick to get someone to help. Easy to get to after visit to Vianden. Good restaurant. Large, clean, comfortable room.
