When I checked in, I was informed that the hotel decided to upgrade me to a larger room. That was a nice gesture. The place is located a short walk from the train station, close to tram and buses. There are several nice restaurants and bars on the street, which were open quite late. Free breakfast was nice, the place is clean and well-maintained.

The first male receptionist who attended us was kind of arrogant. He did what I asked for but trying to argue all the time. The tips of person who “must” be right. In some point I stopped talking…

Superb central location just round the corner from the Gare Centrale and a short walk to Den Atelier where we went for a concert. The guys on the reception desk could not have been lovelier - really welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast, comfy beds.

Breakfast could be more diverse.

The hotel staff were very helpful. At the check-in we were informed about the must-see places in the city and also how the transportation system works. The hotel is located close to the main train station which is a huge pros.

nothing to dislike

This excellent hotel, located near the station less than 4 mins walk; with buses and tram services (currently free) also beside the station. City centre is also about a 15 min fast paced walk. I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good, not the usual continental, which meant I did'n't have to eat the same thing every morning. The staff were cheerful and extremely helpful. I would stay here again. I can recommend it.

The shampoo and shower gel are very very diluted, better to bring some from home.

Good localization, the hotel is very close to the Central Gare. Comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very good qualité-prix for Luxembourg standards. I recommend for a short séjour.

The AC/Heater wasn't working properly for initial hours in the night. The room door lock card was malfunctioned - needed to call some one from the reception to lock and unlock the door manually.

Rooms are quite small, but the location is convenient to the station and other modes of transportation. Breakfast offered was quite basic. Overall a very decent experience! :)

The hotel was very nice and comfortable and was located in a fairly quiet street only 1km from the city centre, which was easily reached by the free trams running from the nearby station. The on duty receptionist Dimitri was very helpful and informative, explaining where to catch the tram, where was best to eat and the main attractions in the city. Whilst our room was a little small, it was quiet and reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and there was a coffee / tea machine in the reception / breakfast area where you could help yourself to a drink at any time. We paid extra to park our car in the underground car park, which was just across the road, (requested at the time of booking) and was very handy as street parking looked difficult / limited.
