The room was very small, and we had luggage for a two-week trip. A room that size would be more suitable for a solo traveler or two people with minimal luggage.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast surpassed expectations.

Not much to mention as the stay is for just one day. This is a three star hotel as it was displayed right outside the entrance but i didnt find any gym or pool in the hotel .

The place is centrally located right in front of Luxembourg Gare hence the access is pretty good with restaurants near by and train station right opposite. The breakfast has little options but its good enough. The room is clean and maintained well.

One small spot light in the bathroom (above mirror for example) would be better.

We just stayed for 1 night, however it was perfect for our needs. Comfortable room, good amenities. The only downside in our room was the bathroom. It had glass wall, we didn't mind about the see-through bit (for a married couple is fine), but my husband woke up in the middle of the night to use the loo and had to do in the dark otherwise it would light up the whole room and wake me up. Not all rooms have this glass wall (our friends rooms were fine) Nice touch was the radio in the room, used Bluetooth on it Breakfast was good, nice selection of teas. A friend had a omelette and it was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, just opposite the main station and lots of trams stops. About 20 min walk to the touristic spots. Easy parking. Parking garage about 3 min walk, secure and €20 per day (24h).

We didn’t have coffee machine in our room but had the breakfast included so was ok.

The breakfast included was delicious. The hotel location was great. Right next to tram so we could hop all over for free! Would stay again and recommend to others. Parking was super easy too. The kids loved the triple room!

The hotel's maintenance and management practices could see some improvement when it comes to air circulation. The first room I was in had mould not only in the shower (more than usual), but also around the corner bed, and around the window. The second room I was in was much better, but there was still a little bit (but way less) mould around the bottom of the window and a little bit in the shower - those two things would be manageable, but the handshower itself actually had mould on it, which was honestly a bit shocking. Now, this is nothing that the cleaning crew can do much about. The root cause of this is the fact that the windows are very well insulated, but the heating was off in both rooms (would keep the humidity down), the AC was off (would help with the air exchange), and the bathroom extractor fans don't seem to work all that well. So what happens when you shower, is that the windows of the room get fogged up, to the point of (in the case of the first room) water running down the glass. So considering most guests will not air out the room and dry the windows, it's impossible to avoid having mould if the rest of the factors (heating and air circulation) are not changed. But regardless of how avoidable or not the issue is, maintenance could go around the rooms and spray off the mould spots at the very least. Something should really be done about this, because it's very much preventable and unhealthy, but - as a last comment - I've seen worse, and it's not the end of the world. Anyone who doesn't have breathing issues and doesn't mind mould will be perfectly happy at this hotel.

All in all, it's a good budget hotel in a very good location. It's right in front of the central station, and the bus that goes to the airport departs from literally across the street. All the trams and trains are also right there. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the ladies who took care of breakfast were extremely nice and made for a great start to the day. The room cleaning was very good. There was almost no sound coming in from outside, and only a little bit from the corridor, so the sound insulation was very good. The people at Reception were nice and professional. They took care of my luggage when I was too early for check-in, gave me great restaurant tips, and dealt with an issue that came up during my stay in a polite and professional way.

The room was okay but it has a smell. The bathroom is quite old and in the corners you can see some dirty or odd colors. In the night there was a sound like a leak through the wall (probably because of the rain) which was annoying and woke me up. You can also hear the tap of the next room and people sounds from the other side of the room. The costs was a bit high for the room received. Not much information given on check in neither. Could be more informative.

The bathroom, despite being cleaned every day was a bit smelly if the door was left open and the light (with the air extraction system) was not left ON. Potentially something only link to the room I stayed in. No problem of water pressure, as seen in other comments. At least, not on the 5th floor.

It's right next to the train station, including bus and trams which is very convenient to travel The room was a bit small but, it does the job. As per the pictures. In Belgium, I got a full 1 bedroom flat for a similar price but, yes, you are in Luxembourg.

Our room was quite old so if you value aesthetic, modern interiors you won't be happy here. However, everything was in good state and clean. Also breakfast was quite basic with eggs being only warm option. If I wouldn't have it included in the fare I would definitely go more often to the next door bakery instead. I wasn't happy with the fact that baby crib has to be paid extra but at least it wasn't one of this cheap fabric travel cots but a proper metal crib with wheels. The price for the hotel feels somewhat high for what you are getting but it's Luxembourg.

The location is undoubtedly the biggest advantage of this hotel. Close to the station, bus and tram stops and with an excellent bakery shop next door. We got a corner room on the 6th floor which gave us amazing views and a lot of natural lights. I liked how clean it was and that the bathroom looked quite modern. The staff was nice too.

The receptionist handed me a document to sign in immediately upon my arrival. At first, I had the impression that my arrival was anticipated, however, it became evident that I had been racially profiled when I realized he had unintentionally given me a document meant for another guest who, like me, shares the same Asian background. This mix-up was particularly noteworthy, especially when my document was handed to me, it still had personal information of the other guest. I found this racial oversight (as well as protection of personal data) disconcerting and more disappointingly, I don't recall an apology. The bed is (very) uncomfortable.

Definitely the location and cleanliness. My view was also nice as it faced the station.

Staff in the reception is not exactly super friendly, but they were helpful enough.

The room was simple, but it had a good size and excellent location across from the train station. There's also public transport right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good!
