Food in restaurant quite expensive. Two single beds. Corridors a little shabby, door jambs in need of a paint etc.

It's in a quiet location, swimming pool and gym available. Rooms large enough, bathroom large also. Bus nearby. City within walking distance. Lots of walking places around the hotel. Reasonable price.

Service was a bit off for such a hotel. First we asked if they could call a pizzeria to place an order, we got a website link to do it ourselves. Next day, card for the elevator did not work (it did not work at all, more people put a complaint in). One lady in front of me by reception, and she was complaining that the restaurant wasn’t open yet for breakfast and she had 3 people occupied. I was in line and instead of calling someone to help me out, they just tried to help this lady to get a doggy bag. It is quite annoying if you can not go up to your floor, while in a rush and you have to stand and wait cause nobody can solve a problem on their own…

As this was a Hilton Hotel, there was an expectation of a slightly higher standard - certain things were not functional when we arrived (fridge & extractor fan), and male members of hotel staff were sassy at times. We also felt that it is strange that in a modern hotel there are lockers in the swimming area that are not usable. And the fact that there is limited water provided (only on the first day) seems a little stingy - at least place water stations in more locations. And we found it difficult to sleep late in the morning on some of the days as room cleaning was quite loud (in part because doors are left open when the rooms are being cleaned?).

The location was great - easy access to everything & nice view of nature from the window. The facilities were good generally with the swimming pool being the highlight. And the female members of staff were highly accessible, supportive, and kind.

Half board was deceiving. I didn’t realize there would be a buffet until we showed up for dinner. My daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant so the options for her were extremely limited. The first night we stayed we were able to order off the menu and things were perfect.

Only 2 coffee machines for around 40 people at once, it's not enough, we waited very long to refill our coffee cups

Great variety at breakfast, tasty food, English-style sausages, bacon and baked beans, American pancakes, French pastries, maple syrup, orange juice, lots of types of bread and jams, deli meats, cheeses!

Check-in time is at 15:00. We arrived at the hotel at 16:30. The reception said the room is not ready. Wait. I had to insist that we be given a different room.

Good breakfast. Good locations. Pets friendly - good for us. Public transport in Luxenburg is free.

The hotel is located about 20-30 minutes by bus from the city center, but it was pretty easy to move around (there is a bus stop close by).

Very comfortable bed, the hotel is located in a quiet area. In general I had a good stay and I would stay there again.

Irresponsible staff, my stuff was missing after the room service on first day and when I notified them no action was taken. They simply told nothing was found, so it just vanished. Breakfast was okayish. Not expected from a hotel like this.. zero value for money

The extra bed they put in for our son was really old and uncomfortable, and we were lacking shampoo and shower gel that weren't refilled before our arrival

The room was big and clean, although it's not modern it's still nice, and the warm cookies at the reception were a really nice surpirse. There was free parking. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price

The location is a bit far from the city center.

The room and the facilities were clean, comfortable and stylish. Hotel's location is distant from busy streets so it's a great spot if you're looking for a calm stay. The food was pretty good too.
